Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Rainsville

Decent food and friendly quick service ... although the seating area upkeep for outdoor dining is 'out of the question' to eat at and uncalled for, being one of the community's newer establishments. The table and chairs are very unsanitized or wiped clean from prior customer food crumbs along with the concrete patio. Pressure washing of the complete building establishment and property grounds including all shaded overhead awnings could obviously use immediate addressed attention. The infestation of bees, ants and flies, are due to the fact of trash, ice cream, food and beverages dropped and spilled all over the patio, furniture, and in mulch beds of the landscape. I enjoy eating on the patio of a Sonic with my family or coworkers on a beautiful mid-day lunch or evening meal, because the menu and food is always great, ..but with consideration taken, .. it has always been a take out and dine out franchise!.. .. meaning that 100% of Sonic's product of consumption is served/delivered outside to enjoy on the premises or a drive away takeout choice. Management really need to address the situation on the unsanitized situation because most people like to enjoy meals in a clean, healthy business environment. Where is the maintenance employee?. 🤔

Myself, .. with most residents of Sand mountain along with the growing town of Rainsville, we all appreciative and fortunate for a franchise such as Sonic to build a new establishment in our area.

I am not trying to be sour, but thorough sanitize in the food industry is a constant mandatory ... and clean presentation is key. ... I just thought that maybe a fair 'Heads Up' would be appreciated. .... some local customers are talking and...

Sonic has recently became one of my favorite drive-thru restaurants with my discovery of their Strawberry Slushy (with nerds of course) and their app created to allow a simplified way to choose and customize the items you'd like to order. After taking a moment to create a very basic profile, you choose your items along with any necessary details such as quantity, size, condiment preference, and special instructions before choosing Check Out along with any promo codes, the amount you'd like to add as a tip, along with your preferred payment method. Submit and review your order, followed by selecting "Confirm" and instructing the staff which stall in which you can in found to accept receipt of your order.

When the app is again used to place ones order you will notice that a record of past transactions is easily located so the customer can quickly order the same items again. Many of the preferences you previously entered have been retained. Your profile tracks the fairly frequently awarded Rewards as well as a list of rewards used in the past. In my opinion however the best reward for ordering with the app can be found on the very top of the homepage - 1/2 prices drinks and slushies of any size, at any hour they're open. Today my Route 44 Strawberry Slushy dropped from $3.00 to $1.50... significant savings as I watch my new love of this drink progress through a short time spent as a habit before racing for it's official label of...

Pulled up to this fine establishment in hopes of getting a refreshing drink on a hot day. I placed my order. My usual medium real fruit strawberry slush, and thought I would splurge with a ice cream sandwich. I noticed she rang me up for a large, but I thought maybe she just didn’t hear the medium part. My daughter was asleep in the back seat so I was in a hurry to enjoy my goodies without her wanting to steal them. I waited 30 mins for my items, as I thought they were busy I didn’t complain. I paid the carhop with exact change and she handed me a quarter back and said I think you paid me up much. I explained to her I did not to check the receipt to which she says she left it inside. So I took my quarter and pulled away. Which by this time my daughter has woken up wanting a drink so I pull over and begin to clean her cup and give her some slushy. But instead of my strawberry slush I got some kind of cherry watermelon mix with nerds and something else I’m not sure what it is. So after waiting all that time for a slushy they have me the wrong one imagine that. Didn’t see any sense in going back to wait another 30 mins for another wrong slushy.
