I hope the owners and managers of this particular location are really reading the reviews! The people running this shack does not even deserve a 1 STAR.. There is a Hispanic at this particular location with black hair he is a guy medium in height he sucks at taking orders. I don't know if he does not understand English. But it is important for managers to hire native speakers of English at American establishments because their going to lose customers when there not taking people's orders correctly. I don't care how nice a person is it is important for them to take order correctly because lets say a customer lives away and can't ride back to the location! It sucks on their part.
Hispanics who cannot speak English do not need to work the drive thru or anywhere else in America.. I go to this location alot and this is the 5th time I had ordered something and this Hispanic guy has got my order wrong. I keep thinking he will get it right.. but he never does. I took a party of 10 there once and he got everyone of ours wrong. He should be fired.. or moved to doing something he can comprehend!! I hope managers and owners are reading.. I mean all burger kings have good food but the staff is what will tear a business down and for creedmoor to be such a wealthy nice area poor service is running the Burger King down..
Its rude to come to a country and serve Americans and not even know the language and get our orders wrong after we have worked a long hard day at work!! I'm not going to kiss anyone's buttocks learn to speak English then run the drive thru at an American Establishment if not run it in Mexico where they speak spanish so you can get the orders right!! You are running the burger king ratings down when yall put hispanics at the windows who pretend to know english but are just going on remote memorization Their not knowing the language.. let them sweep or mop the floors because that is something they can easily understand to do. I have been cheated to many times at this location. This will be my last and I have spoke with the manager.. now the owners need to go and check out who is working for them and read these reviews and take it seriously..in person about this it has been so DISAPPOINTING!!

I pulled into the drive through and was then asked to pull to the window because the intercom wasn’t working properly. Placed my order and, since the credit card machine wasn’t working at that window, I offered to pay in cash. The guy at the window took my money and gave me change, then asked me to pull up to wait for my food. After I pulled up a different employee came out to inform me they were out of veggie burgers and offered to make me something else. I said no thanks and asked to be refunded for the veggie burger. He told me to pull around to the window again to get refunded. When I pulled around 3 more cars were in the drive through so I opted to park and go inside. Once inside I was informed that they had found the veggie burgers and were making my order now. An employee also informed me that there was something wrong with the broiler. I finally got my food and headed to my car but I thought maybe I should check to be sure it was right. It wasn’t. 2 out of 3 burgers weren’t made to order. I go back in and ask them to please correct my order. Instead of making me new burgers they simply used the same burgers and added a piece of cheese and a new bun. I could have done that myself but I figured they’d had a rough night so I just took the food and left. Once I got home I found that all of the food was under cooked and cold, presumably due to the broken broiler.
I don’t blame the workers for this mess of an experience, I blame management. If there was a manager on site I couldn’t tell at all. The workers themselves seemed stressed, disorganized and without a sense of urgency. Not surprising considering the store appeared as if it has no management or anyone taking any ownership of the current state of the business.
In addition, I would say that if you can’t provide your main product to your customers in an adequate fashion, maybe consider closing for the day and fixing the issues. There is no reason a Burger King should be kept open without a working broiler (or the other items I mentioned). Corporate Greed...
Read moreLiterally, the worst fast food restaurant ever. I have multiple experiences here with poor service. 1. The drive thru microphone has been malfunctioning on every occasion that I have been there. The speaker is low or "something" but it requires everyone to yell at the top of their lungs to get communicate your order. 2. The orders are never what you asked for. I think it is there goal to make sure they leave something out of the bag from the order...but forgive me because i'm not a "bag checker". 3. My latest experience (which caused this review). I went there to try the Impossible Whopper considering it's the closest BK near me. I was already joking with my lady that this BK probably would be the only BK in the nation that doesn't have the product in stock...bc something is always wrong here. So instead of going through the drive-thru I decided I would go in b/c maybe they would care a little more face to face. I go to the door, pull the door and it's LOCKED. At 5pm, it's locked. I knock, I signal a customer that was in there and they kind of gave me the shoulder shrug (as if they didn't know why it was locked). I then checked the hours of operation to see if they were closed, yeah at 5pm. I finally said okay, I will just go thru drive through. Someone ahead of me was already there. Yelling..."hello!?, hello?". Finally, someone responded with "our system down".
If your system is down BK, put a sign up. Do something. Not just lock your doors and have customers yelling at your drive thru mic for minutes to finally get a non-shalant response. I vow to never even attempt this BK again because the people working there do not seem to care about there roles.
