The service was average, No eye contact, no smile, no thank you for coming in. They had 5 people behind the counter. I ordered a medium (yes, I know they call it a Grande) Iced coffee, black, no sweetener. The total comes to $4.28 before they flipped the screen over to me, so I can add their tip. I know that the coffee is already pre-made, but I feel bad for the employees, so I add a buck. Now I am at $5.28 for a medium iced coffee that is going to contain a cup packed with ice and 6-8oz of coffee. I give my name and wait while they make the 2 specialty drinks in front of my order. They complete those orders in somewhere under 10 minutes. Then I see the lady take a "grande" cup, scoop it full of ice and pour in back coffee from a pitcher. It takes her maybe 5 seconds to scoop, pour, place it on the counter, and call my name. I walk away with my $5.28 coffee & ice, in a non environmentally friendly plastic cup, plastic top and plastic straw. The coffee was average dark roast black coffee that I can and should have made at home. Home, where I could drink it out of a glass. The entire Starbucks experience left me feeling a little depressed, but I will give them 2 stars because in the end, I got exactly what I ordered. As I walk out the door, I think to myself, that I would be a fool if I return to this or any other Starbucks in the future. I will not be missed. They seem to be doing good business at this location, so I figure Starbucks is just not...
Read moreThis starbucks was out of the breakfast sandwich I mobile ordered. The barista offered a different sandwich, I declined, so he handed me what I thought was a giftcard equal to the cost of the sandwich that should be refunded. When I got home I realized he handed me a $4 off coupon for my next visit. The sandwich cost $4.95+ $0.41 tax. I checked and no refund to my card. Why would the "fix" for an out-of-stock item that I paid for be a coupon that isn't even equal to what I paid. So I essentially still paid $1.36 for a sandwich I never received. This location seems to have more hiccups than the other...
Read moreEvery Starbucks we went in for coffee was the same. Lots of staff running round but only 1 staff making drinks - not that i mind waiting but when the order is wrong and you have to wait longer - it got a bit annoying. And if you take sugar - you have to ask for it, along with napkins and stirring sticks - ended up using straws to stir my coffee. I only once asked for a snowman cookie (as advertised) and they did not have any. Cleanliness was also questionable - bins not emptied, coffee spills not wiped - kinda puts...
