Burger King — Restaurant in Raleigh

I grew up in the area across the street from this burger king and I remember when it was just a patch of dirt and Nothing existed there... I tell you this for a reason....I WISH THEY WOULD THROW THIS WHOLE RESTAURANT IN THE DUMPSTER AND GO BACK TO BEING A PATCH OF DIRT!!!!.... LET me explain : I tried on a couple of occasions to give this place a chance...And every time they have done something to piss me off...whether having a attitude through the intercom, to being given the incorrect items in my bag, to the slow service when making me pull over to wait for them to cook something I have ordered. ...Last Sunday was the absolute last!!! Time I will return to this run down dump!..I had went I side to order food for my hungry boys at home and when it came time to swipe my card , my card wouldn't swipe(the card was slighted dented) but this has been no problem for me anywhere else I would just use the chip....the guy behind the register proceeds to tell me that" the chip reader didnt work"and neither did the register beside him.... the Hispanic woman(I'm guessing was the manager ) took my card looked at it and said "it's No good" ..,by this time I'm feeling very frustrated...she then looks back and tells other workers "cancel the order" and one of the food preppers looks over at me and shakes his head and yells out" OH HELL NAW" ...it was so loud that other customers dining in were now staring at me ....I was completely embarrassed and ran out... I ended up driving to McDonald's who had a chip reader on their registers**Update I tried going to this place again and had gotten an icee and new chicken parm sandwich... The chicken Was NOT COOKED THOROUGHLY IT WAS RUBBERY AND NOT EDIBLE.. THE ICEE HAD AN AFTER TASTE LIKE THE MACHINE WAS FILTHY AND HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN MONTHS!!! This place needs a Pop up...

If I could put no stars I would. Spent $17.95 on trash. The onion rings were broken up, and mushy. There were missing items from the order. The chicken tenders were overcooked, and to take the cake my husband's chicken sandwich had a clump of hair in it!!!!! After contacting the store and yes honestly I was upset, I had the chance to speak with the Manager Virgil who was beyond unprofessional to say the least. After he yelled at me, he put the phone down and was heard yelling that he was not going to deal with this. Now after many years of working in customer service and dealing with complaints I could not believe the audacity of this manager to speak to a customer like this. The only silver lining was Ele another manager who got on the phone and apologized for the entire experience as well as the manager's behavior. Corporate needs to take Virgil back to the drawing board when it comes to dealing and providing exemplenary customer service. I'm pretty sure by his demeanor this is not the first and won't be the last complaint you receive regarding him!!...

I work late so my dinner choices are highly limited. I usually get off around 2 AM. Luckily there is a 24-hour Burger King a mile away from my home. The only problem is that each time I go to this location the is a new problem. For a while they were out of sprite which is fine, but they wouldn’t tell me until I’d already paid, I’ve waited over thirty minutes for my food more than once, I’ve waited for an employee to finish a personal phone call before handing me my food, I’ve even been handed the wrong food and then been forced to wait for someone to notice I was still sitting at the window, not to mention the guy (who was visibly under the influence) handing me my food held a cup sideways to me, making me spill the drink all over myself. It’s literally the worst service I have ever received and has only gotten worse over time.... But then again at least they’re open. Until the past two nights when they have had a hand written sign telling prospective customers that where closed... IF YOU DON’T HAVE TO...
