the shift supervisor on a SATURDAY night chose to ignore us and focus on cleaning duties. it was 20 minutes til close... approached the window and stood there awkwardly, as the manager glanced over and turned his back to the window, and directed his team to keep cleaning. after 5 full minutes of being neglected, another customer walked up and asked US if they were closed. one of the employees was within earshot at this point so I said "don't you close at 12?" he was like, "yeah. I'll help you" well my goodness.. I don't want to like, make you do anything you don't wanna do. and while he wasn't exactly employee of the month potential, he at least acknowledged us and we got our ice cream. shame on you, to the lanky white boy with glasses. I sincerely hope this is your last "leadership " position, as customer service obviously...

Goodberrys is a classic frozen custard shop here in Raleigh that serves rich and delicious flavorful custard. I have visited the Strickland location but today was a humid Saturday, so I decided to stop in for custard with family on Spring Forest Road. This location has the friendliest staff! Service was excellent !!! My daughter had chocolate custard on a cone and my mother decided on the flavor of the day with two scoops of Butter Pecan. All very rich, fresh and delicious. I enjoy the beautiful bright clear lights on the business sign and cute red outdoor seating. I can't wait to return for a concrete, sundae or a Float. It was of first time we tried this place and I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised of how good and tasty their ice cream/frozen custard was. Even my kids liked it and I have one kid that is very hard to pleased. Another one of my kids has a severe peanut allergy and when I ordered, I asked them to use clean and uncontaminated ice cream/utensils. And they were very friendly and knew exactly what to do, so I was very happy that everyone in my family was going to be able to enjoy and have some ice cream. The staff, all of them communicated with each other about my special request and they all made sure it was clear from cross contamination.
