Goodberry's Frozen Custard

the shift supervisor on a SATURDAY night chose to ignore us and focus on cleaning duties. it was 20 minutes til close... approached the window and stood there awkwardly, as the manager glanced over and turned his back to the window, and directed his team to keep cleaning. after 5 full minutes of being neglected, another customer walked up and asked US if they were closed. one of the employees was within earshot at this point so I said "don't you close at 12?" he was like, "yeah. I'll help you" well my goodness.. I don't want to like, make you do anything you don't wanna do. and while he wasn't exactly employee of the month potential, he at least acknowledged us and we got our ice cream. shame on you, to the lanky white boy with glasses. I sincerely hope this is your last "leadership " position, as customer service obviously isn't your thing.
