Hardee’s — Restaurant in Raleigh

My experience here was horrible. Their customer service was a disgrace. Even though no one was in front of me in line, I had to stand there at the counter for several minutes and listen to the employees argue with each other before anyone even took my order. My order was simple... One item, sausage breakfast platter. After I paid for the platter I moved aside to where several other customers were waiting for their food as well. They were making comments about how long they were waiting. One gentleman said that he had been waiting for over 20 minutes. I received my food and left the restaurant. When I got into my car I opened up the container only to find that it was a bacon platter, so I took it back in for them to correct it. Once again I was standing there at the counter listening to the employees bicker amongst Themselves; my food getting cold as I stood there. They finally brought out the gentleman that was waiting forever food while I was waiting at the counter. His order was wrong too. Then the employee finally decided to help me. I explained that I had gotten a bacon platter instead of sausage and showed him my receipt. He brought me out a piece of sausage then opened up my container and took the bacon off of my platter and told me "I have to take this back for inventory purposes". He proceeded to the back with the bacon, I'm assuming to serve to another customer, and I was left with a cold platter. Not only was the customer service horrible, it's very disturbing to think that they would take food that was already served to one customer back to the back only to be served to someone else. I will never eat here again due to the thought that I could be being served another customers left over...

This Hardees location is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. The only reason my husband and I have eaten there as much as we have is because it is very convenient as it is only a 2 minute drive from our house. The staff is not friendly and borderline rude. EVERY TIME we eat here they mess our order up. We either don't get everything we order, get wrong sizes, or special requests are ignored. We are not picky eaters so we usually just go with the flow but tonight was so bad I have to say something! My husband went to grab dinner and it took him 25 minutes from the time he ordered. The girl in the drive through didn't put the sauce for the chicken fingers in the bag so he had to pull back around to get some. No surprise there they NEVER put what we ask for in the bag! He gets home and my french fries literally taste and feel like they were leftover from lunch. It was 6:20 pm when he arrived. And my chicken fingers were inedible! they smelled and tasted like smoke! They were so burned! Or at least the oil they were cooked in was. Worst meal I have ever paid for! We didn't take our food back because we have done that before and we know there will be no apology for either the service or the quality of the food. Based on precedent we will be treated like we are an inconvenience to them for expecting what we ask and pay for. I really hope the management can implement changes and hire a staff that can deal with people professionally and get...

A thoroughly uninspiring and unenjoyable experience. There are many reasons why Hardee's is in decline while other breakfast places like Bojangles are growing. This restaurant illustrates it perfectly. There is nothing wrong with the Hardee's menu. The problem is the actualization and follow-through. For whatever reason Hardee's seems to pride itself on its "made from scratch" biscuits. Really? At this point I think that marketing ploy is just one big corporate inside joke. I consistently get good breakfast biscuits at Bojangles while I keep hoping to get JUST ONE GOOD BISCUIT at Hardee's. I sure as hell didn't get one this morning. Today's offering was tough and hard to eat. It was supposedly a sausage and egg biscuit, but there wasn't much egg, and whatever was atop the sausage was rubbery and flavorless. The manager who served me appeared competent but not very enthusiastic. And, when she scooped up my hash rounds she shook the box so that half of them fell out. It was icing on a very disappointing cake. Never again will I visit this loser location....
