Sushi is good. I’d skip anything other than sushi. Lunch menu is a good value. It’s pretty cheap for the amount of food you get. I’ve been here several times and I’ve always got Sushi and it’s always been good. However, today I came for lunch and I ordered sesame chicken, which was really sweet and the glaze resembled something out of a bottle. I was not impressed and would give it one star if I could. There was not a single vegetable on my plate, just chicken and sugar, and of course rice. My partner got the Shrimp lomein and it was just okay. It definitely wasn’t as bad as mine but nothing great either. In their defense, it is a sushi restaurant And it was cheap at about nine dollars per order. Both orders came with rice. The soup was really good. The rice was OK. I ate my soup the majority of my rice & about 3 pieces of chicken and took the rest home. It was just too sweet. If you read the giant printed article from the newspaper that has been hung up outside the door in their breezeway you’ll see a review about the same :it basically says the sushi is great ( The writer calls it “a sushi Wonderland” ) but “I’d avoid anything Chinese”.Which I find an odd thing to have hung up and framed in your restaurant. The server was good. He was prompt and friendly. The food came out quick. There was a baby screaming like a little dinosaur throughout lunch but you can’t help that. Babies gonna scream if you bring them to a restaurant.

I ordered the shrimp chow mein dinner combo that came with fried rice and an egg roll. I took a quick peek at my container and saw the shrimp and fried rice and assumed it was the right meal that i ordered. I got home and upon closer inspection, i literally got shrimp and just a bunch of vegetables drenched in like water. Not a single noodle and absolutely no taste or seasoning!!! So disappointing and it did not taste good at all. I’m not sure if they just forgot the noodles or thought they could be sneaky with not putting the noodles in there, but regardless, I Will never be ordering from here again and would not recommend coming here for chinese to go.

We drive from Cary to get food here. Their veggie options are great. We ordered a veggie tempura roll, sweet potato roll, and a mango avocado roll. They were all delicious. The tempura was still crispy. The mango avocado is a nice balance of sweet and savory. We also ordered Kung Pao Tofu and veggie lo mein. The tofu dish had tons of tofu and is a great balance of heat, sour, and sweet. The tofu pieces are small and battered which makes the sauce stick. The veggie lo mein has a ton of fresh veggies and it is saucy but not oily like some places. I highly recommend you try this place!

Was in Raleigh for a couple of days with my dad and son and decided to get Chopstix for dinner since it was a short distance from the hotel.

We decided on takeout. Dad got the General Tso combo and a spicy salmon roll. I decided on the orange chicken combo with a California roll. That also came with fried rice.

The person that took our order seemed a little impatient and not as warm. I chalked it up to it being a long day and it being a few hours before closing. We were quoted a wait time of 15 minutes so we left to make a quick trip and came back within that timeframe.

There was a different guy at the checkout counter and he definitely wasn’t friendly… The first person who rung in the order didn’t take our name or number. So he played 20 questions with me trying to figure it out. They also left out silverware and when my dad went in to get some, the guy was reluctant and questioning him on if he was a paying customer. Service was definitely lacking in that aspect.

The food:

I can honestly say that I’ve had 10x better at an all you can eat Chinese buffet for the same price (maybe even less). The rice was dry and the orange chicken was sauced heavily in a gooey (not a good kind) glaze. The chicken was also a little rubbery. It also had a “chemical-like” flavor. My dad’s looked somewhat more appetizing than mine did. Our sushi in the same container which was inconvenient as we had no plates at the hotel. The sushi was ok.

Afraid of food poisoning being a possibility, I gave my one year old something else to eat. Luckily, no one got sick, which was my fear after seeing some of...

First time going here because I’m new to the area. First impression is that the place is severely outdated. Went on a Thursday evening and it was us (my boyfriend and I) and another table (who left shortly after we were seated).

It took 15 min for our server to even get our drink orders which is insane because there were no other tables. It took the waiter so long the front host had to go and get her. She comes to our table already irritable and rushing us for our drink orders. She comes back with drinks and we order our food. I start with ordering some spring rolls. Her reply is how many? So I said how many come in an order. She caught an immediate attitude and referred to the picture which literally had multiple spring rolls. She became rude and said it’s singles on ( which is INSANE) on the restaurants part.

Anyways she rushed through the rest of our orders and kept side eyeing me like she had a problem so we left.

She made me and my boyfriend so uncomfortable that their only table left!

I will never go back and that was first and only impression, over a simple question because the menu isn’t clear.

So 0 stars for poor service, poor communication, and poor customer service. Would...
