My first time visiting and won’t be my last. I got the Ginger Glow Smoothie with bee pollen and the sunset for my LS. Both drinks were good and tasted like they were made with the best back yard grown garden fruits. Rich in flavor!

You can get a 20oz or 32 oz. So you know if they offer larger than usual sizes especially for a smoothie, it’s good and you will get not only your money worth or health worth.

I also tried the Spinach and Jerk Chicken patties. Both were delicious. The Spinach Pattie had a lil kick to it and both were well seasoned. The Pattie was light with the perfect amount of dough and held together well to enjoy every bite.

The shop has herbs, teas, tea products and more for purchase. Light and positive establishment.

As a first-time customer, I stumbled upon this spot totally by accident. Boy am I glad I did. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The menu was great, with a wonderful selection of smoothies to choose from, among other food and snack offerings.

The service was top notch, with the young lady assisting me being very helpful with her suggestions of flavors.

Decided to give the spot a try. Something new in the strip mall where my barber is. The young lady taking orders was not interested at all with have new clients I asked what was the most popular Juice and she made it seem as if it was a bother to do so.
