This location (Ramble Way, Raleigh, NC 27616) has gone down hill in the past few months. It used to be our family's favorite and we would order about 2-3 times a month. The last two times have been very disappointing. Both times we ordered online through the app and were told 30 minutes until our order would be ready. We show up to pick up our order and no order to be found. My husband waited 45 minutes for them to remake our order. Apparently a delivery driver accidentally took our order on one of his deliveries. No problem - accidents happen. The manager comped it, so we were pleased with that. One week later, we order online again told 30 minutes until our order is ready. Again, my husband goes to pick it up and guess what, no order to be found. Again, he waits close to 45 minutes beyond the time it was supposed to be ready. He calls from the car to inquire and is assured it'd be right out. Nope, 20 more minutes before finally leaving empty handed. We live pretty close to this place, so we hurry home and try to throw something together for a dinner on a Friday night. I was half expecting Marco's to call and let us know the order was ready or to offer to deliver it to us, but NOPE not a word from them. We won't be back, which is a shame b/c the food is good but the service is terrible. Whomever is managing the joint is not doing a great job. Read moreI have been going to the location at 7500 Ramble Way off of Louisburg Rd in Raleigh for a long time but, the lack of customer service will drive a person away.
Over the past few months, I have been very disappointed each and every time I go there. Every time Riley picks up the phone, I start to expect for something to go wrong and it has not failed. She’s very rude, lacks customer service skills, unprofessional, and she’s a liar. -I have been told a time that the pizza would be ready and waited an extra 20 minutes or more. -When they were bringing the pizza to your car, I have called to state I was outside and have been placed on hold waiting and while no one came back to the phone and I could see them in the store fooling around. -I have received the wrong food on two occasions. -I have gotten home to find an uncut pizza.
Service is very important and when a customer is spending their money, there should be no problem getting what you expect. I spoke to the manager Josh today who could care less about my concerns because as he stated “we are very busy today”.

My wife confirmed that she placed the order by texting me that I'd be ready in 10 min. When I tried to pick the order 15 mins later, the nice young lady behind the counter said that she couldn't find the order, BUT that she sees that my wife called. She immediately started to make our pizza saying sorry and that the order never got entered. As she walked off, she instructed a guy to give me the pizza for free. Then a "mumbly" dude asked me what was ordered. He Keyed it in and told me that it'd be $10., AFTER the other employee already said it was free since they messed up. I asked the dude about the free comment and he said he gave me a 50% discount and that he didn't know why she said that. I asked if 50% was the best that he could do, he said yes. I told him to keep it and that I'd give them a Google review. I called my wife to tell her. She informed me that she placed the order with a "mumbly" dude and that our call-in total price was $12. *...
