We used the McDonald's app after leaving knoebols with 3 kids. We used the $12.99 bundle box which we ordered two of and the buy a 20pc nuggets get to any size frys for free. We also ordered drinks and to extra double cheese burgers. At the pay window we used our phones two of them for the offers we ordered the manager that was there said ooo it took them both so we pull up and get asked to pull into the reserved spot to wait for our food which was totally understandable it was alot of food. Once we waiting for the food we looked at our receipt and noticed they only took off one discount $3 for the bundle box and were charged full price of the other offer which should have been another $6 off on top of that we were charged for extra sauce when in total we ordered 40 nuggets and only asked for 6 sauces all together like seriously. When the manager brought out our food we brought it to his attention that our price was wrong (was the same manager that rung our order out and took my card). He said well if you ask for extra sauce it automatically charges you and if you want to use more then one coupon to have to split the order up then why the hell didnt you say anything to us at the window rather then say it took both. If i really wanted to be a difficult customer i could have came inside and had you rering everything separately and saved around $10. The fact that you knew it was wrong and didnt offer to fix it and only words were well the next time you come through you have to have them split up the order shows you customer relations skills. The the final part was if we wouldn't have checked our bags we wouldnt have gotten all of our food you missed a bag inside that you had to go back in and grab after...
   Read moreDrive in will allow you to place an order ...pay for it (cash) ..then tell you they are "out of" item you order?? ...them ask if you'd like to switch the item ... when I responded "no, I'll take my money back for the item" ... Big pause... Then im told to pull over while they do a refund... My reply ...NO ..i just want my lousy $1.20 back! ... Then im instructed BY A MANAGER ...Pull over ... Again I reply NO! He offers "if you want to wait FOURTEEN MINUTES... To which I firmly reply "Absolutely Not!"..as a matter of fact I now do NOT want my order, any of it! ...manager says .. I can't return it since we handed it to you??? And again instructs me to Pull over, as I am holding up his customer's???? ... I did then pull ahead after expressing my unhappiness about the entire transaction! ... Why would it be so hard for SOMEONE to hand me MY REFUND, THEN LET THEM SORT OUT THE DETAILS ON THEIR END? ... In the end he did give me a FULL REFUND! ...lesson learned ... Fast food...
   Read moreThe counter/order lady was nice. Nothing negative about her in this post. However, we ordered a kids chicken nugget meal, a 10 pc nugget meal with fries, and a chicken sandwich with fries. The fries were not in the happy meal bag, the 10 pc nuggets were not with the fries in the meal that was ordered, and the chicken sandwich was DISGUSTING. It tasted like the chicken had gone bad and it was over done and the bun was dried out and super hard. I couldn’t even eat more than 2 bites of the sandwich and by the time we got everything else for the rest of the order, our food was cold.
The lady at the counter each time got us the food we paid for that wasn’t in the bags, and just as confused as we were. Unfortunately our order wasn’t right or my chicken sandwich good (the chicken nuggets were good, and my daughter said the apples tasted fresh). The music was good and the atmosphere was calm.
