What a pleasant surprise! We were driving through Ranchester and decided to stop at this wonderful cafe. Incredibly clean, nicely decorated, both inside and out, we had to make the tough decision on which homemade items we'd purchase to accompany our lattes. We chose a cranberry scone (gluten free) and a bear claw; Both were fresh and delicious. In fact, the scone might be the best I have ever had, made with fresh rather than dried cranberries. The lattes were also perfectly made although I do wish they carried unsweetened almond milk). We sat outside on the porch and took in the beautiful front grass area and flower pots. We will definitely be back to try other items such as biscuits and gravy, quiche or maybe a sandwich. Prices reflect the quality of the items. Stop in if you have a chance!

I adore this bakery and coffee shop. And based on how busy it is every time I visit, it’s apparent that the rest of the community and those that visit the community also adore this gem. I would HIGHLY recommend any of the quiches, the cinnamon roll, or any of the croissants. The art collection is lovely, as well as the other oddities you can shop for here. The only thing I would change about Innominate, I wish they had some cribbage boards. There is something special about a rainy morning, good food, good coffee, good company, AND a good game of crib.

Because of a wrong turn we ended up in Ranchester. It turned out to be a great mistake. The staff is very friendly and the owners were amazing. We told them the bakery was dangerous. A great selection so it was, hard to not over eat. We had biscuits and gravy then topped it off with scones. Absolutely delicious. Since we were on motorcycles,we were looking for great roads. We took their route suggestion and had an amazing time. When we get the chance to return we hope to stay at their campground and try more of their baked goods.

Innominate was an amazing place to stop and have lunch. Everything about this coffeehouse was well thought-out and put together, inside and out. Great decor, very clean, spacious, lots of tables for folks to sit and relax (indoor and out), plenty of wall sockets to sit and plug in devices, and free Wi-Fi as well. The owner and her staff were all friendly and helpful. This place is extremely easy to find, as it is not too far off of I-90.

My girlfriend and I were absolutely blown away by the sandwiches we ordered. She got the turkey pesto panini while I got the grilled cheese with tomato and bacon. Both sandwiches were mouthwatering delicious. We were still talking about them while eating dinner! They were hot, fresh, and not greasy. Just perfect! In addition to our paninis, we both ordered the side salad, which was fresh and crisp. They came with a balsamic dressing which was also very tasty.

The final piece-de-resistance was the bacon and cheddar scones. They were MAGNIFICENT! Don’t miss out on these if you stop by, which you should do as this whole experience was fabulous.

The only reason we aren’t raving about the drinks is because the food went so far beyond what we were expecting. My girlfriend got a hot English breakfast tea and I got an English Toffee latte. Again, both of these delightful.

Definitely stop by and support this small, local business. If we every come back this way again, we will be sure to...

We love this bakery so much that we planned our entire summer vacation around coming back to visit. We happened upon it in Sept '21 and literally made the Innominate Coffeehouse the focus of our vacation this summer. The staff is so kind and inviting, and they clearly enjoy each other and their work. The baked goods are scrumptious! Our daughters LOVE the cinnamon rolls and the gluten-free white chocolate raspberry muffin is the best GF muffin I've ever had. Don't miss the acoustic jam sessions on Thursday mornings at 10:00 - a rare musical treat. One of our daughters said, can we give them 7.9 billion stars instead of just five? We live in Golden, CO and plan to...
