Terrible. One of thier delivery boys (which is a grown man by the way) is so rude and quite frankly ruined the whole experience for me. He's a tall white guy with tattoos and a horrible attitude(just a description, I'm half white with tattoos also). He shows up and said that I need to show ID and my card which I've had dominos deliver many times and this has never happened but I say okay and simply say alright but mention that this is the first time its happened and for no aparent reason he cops attitude, glances at my kids (mainly more so my adoptive whos on the darker side)were still in PJs because hell it was my day off and it was a lazy day, gives this disgusted look and says that normally they don't but if he feels that he needs to see a card and ID then he will ask for it and that's that. All while giving off that scary vibe that scared my kids! Not that I should have to explain myself but I don't live in a bad area, my kids were messy and being kids and in no way shape or form did I deserve that treatment or for someone to come to my home and not only be completely rude but scare my kids and look down upon me and make me feel uncomfortable. So I call his manager and when his manager defends him ask for HIS manager and then he gave me a number to a random person. Now I never usually call and complain (obviously when I have to use someone elses google account because I was not going to let this go) but I this was absolutely a terrible experience that completely...
Read moreOrdered a pizza delivery and was told it'd be about 45 minutes (typical wait time) As I'm watching the tracker it shows my pizza was being checked for quality at 640pm (this is after its done cooking). Well here it is 659pm and it's reflecting its being checked. I assume no one updated the tracker. Well now at 710pm it's still showing being checked so I call to inquire on delivery time. The guy on the phone tells me yeah its still here because we are short on delivery drivers and I can't do anything about that. I asked how's that the customers issue? He says well you're waiting on a pizza right? I asked for a manager and he advised he was the manager. I said well you guys shouldn't say 45 minutes if to know it's going to be longer and ask how much longer before my puzzas delivered. He says he can't tell me that. So my pizza is sitting from 640 to 715? He says yeah but it's under a light. I live walking distance so I drive to to the store and ask for my pizza and wings to be made fresh because it isn't delivered yet and don't want one that's been sitting under a light for 35 minutes. The girl making pizza starts laughing at me so I ask what's funny and she replies, "You". So she and I got into a heated exchange of words. The other manager remade my pizza as I watched closely. Read moreWorst experience ever! They messed up my order and gave me the complete wrong pizza! They gave me someone else’s pizza! I asked them to deliver a new one to me and they told me I had to pay their delivery charge of $6 plus tip! I told them I would tip their driver for his time and they still refused to help. They kept saying I have to bring it back for a refund or exchange. After their lack of empathy to help get me a new pizza I asked for refund for their cheap pizza and I told them I would send a photo of the disgusting pizza they gave me to prove it was their mistake and they still refused to help. They kept stating I have to bring it back to them, so I have to waste my time and gas for their mistake! That’s complete non-sense, not my fault at all so why do I have to be punished and waste my time and gas to get a refund for their mistake! Do not waste your time here if they make a mistake you will have to correct it for them and they will not help you. I will never go here again and will drive out of my way to go anywhere else but here. Does the photo look like sausage, pepperoni, onions and banana...
