THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! I work locally and close to this sad, dirty, rude bunch of KIDS they have running this place! My husband picked me up and took me to lunch here. We sat in the drive thru for over 10 min to get 1, 4 dollar meal, when we got to the window, the girl was rude and obviously didn't want to be there. Got our food and pulled away, realizing they forgot our drink. Went in, had no receipt because I never recieved one with my order and told them, I was on my lunch break could they help me? I asked for the Manager, then out walks this young barely legal to drive I think excuse for a manager name Bailey. She was absolutely the rudest kid I have ever encountered in a fast food establishment or any retail setting for that matter! As I was explaining to her what it happened that my break was almost over, and it was because of they're slow service and forgetfulness of my one order, she started smiling and smirking at me, and in a way making fun of me while I was explaining to her this was not acceptable! She kept on smiling and being rude, while I was trying to be serious, typical reaction from an immature child in my opinion, but Wendy seems to think that kids make great managers to talk to adults and seniors in a way it's absolutely unacceptable. I then became so angry I told her that I was going to follow up with her district manager and corporate office. She laughed at me again and said go ahead lady! By that time I was very angry, walked outside told my husband what it happened inside, my husband went inside the restaurant to speak with this so-called manager Bailey, and he was told by another so-called kid manager, a boy this time dressed in all black with no tag no identifying nothing that he was a manager. His words to my husband were exactly as follows quote I cannot help you sir I am busy with customers! Which is exactly what we were, paying customers! They have got a rude awakening thinking I'm going to forget this, they offered no apologies no fixing of my order, Wendy's you are terrible! I will never eat at this location again ever! And know this word of mouth is everything! I work in a very populated part of Rancho Cucamonga with a lot of money, I will pass this on, and tell those 10 people will pass it on to 10 more people and so on and so on. This is the return you get Wendy for hiring children to take care of...

This is always a hit or miss spot! Overall though, the management is completely absent. Itâs not even being managed. Itâs being overlooked by a bunch of sissies. Whomever are in charge clearly DO NOT know what they are doing, nor do they know exceptional business management. The only ones that seem to do their jobs right, are the cooks... Everyone else for that matter, seem to just horse around and give attitude to the customer. Iâd be weary, however, as theyâve been known to intentionally overcharge customers and pocket the change.
SAVE YOUR COUPONS, as well!
Had a doozy of an experience with Anahi and Devin, that charged me full price, took my coupon, and lied to me right through their teeth about overcharging me. Make sure you ALWAYS get your receipt, if you do decide to go here. Plenty of inexperienced, immature, little kids that gather around the window (that stand there like dead weight) and could care less if they get your order correct. Granted, there are maybe about one or two good workers in there. Nevertheless, I tried giving this spot the benefit of the doubt, time and time again, but theyâve proved otherwise. So much unfortunately, that its a travesty at this point. Iâve only had one instant, when the adult-female manager prepared my breakfast for me (from what she told me), because I experienced such lousy service. The incident was too; I ordered a breakfast sandwich and received a disgusting-looking âhamburgerâ. Not much sense running this joint. No wonder they are usually understaffed. đđ˝
Embarrassing to say the least. Save your energy, money, and patience! THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE...

I walked into Wendy's with dreams of fast-food paradise, but reality had other plans. #Wendys
The cashier greeted me like I was the 100th customer of the day, which was nice. I ordered a Baconator, hoping for a burger miracle. It arrived faster than you can say "fast food," but it looked like it had been through a rough drive-thru tumble. #Baconator #FastFood
The burger was decent, but it had enough bacon to make a pig question its life choices. It wasnât a divine experience, but it filled the void. #Burgers
The Spicy Nuggets were like tiny firecrackersâspicy enough to make me break a sweat, but not exactly kung-fu masters. They were more like kung-fu apprentices. #SpicyNuggets
I couldnât resist getting a Frosty. Dipping fries in it was supposed to be a sweet and salty adventure, but it ended up more like a confusing hike. #Frosty #WendysFries
The drive-thru was smoother than a Frosty on a hot day, but the overall experience left me wanting a bit more oomph. Wendyâs, you had potential, but today was just okay. #DriveThru
In conclusion, if youâre looking for a fast-food fix thatâs just alright, Wendyâs is your spot. Itâll fill you up, but it wonât blow your mind. #FastFoodReview...
