Showed up on a Friday night to order a pizza, a sandwich and an order of fettuccine alfredo. Everything was great except the fettuccine alfredo... It had zero flavor and was very bland. It was a $12 fettuccine alfredo, with no chicken and not worth it. We had several people taste the dish and the conclusions were unanimous.
At this point we had no choice but to go back and hope they would fix the dish. Upon returning we stated our issue and were met with a hostile cook. He stated that there was nothing wrong with the dish, that it was cooked fresh and that we were accustomed to eating processed food. We had to beg him to make us a pizza as a substitute and that we were willing to pay the difference. After a minute or so of pleading, they agreed to sub out the dish for a pizza.
As the pizza was being baked, the cook asked us what other places had we tasted fettuccine alfredo! As if we are used to dining at mediocre restaurants and do not have the taste for their 'perfect' food. It gets worse...
A few minutes past by and he leans over the counter and ask my brother and I if we lived around the neighborhood. Not sure what he meant by that but I'm sure it was because we are Hispanic. I live down the street by the way. Pretty sure he was thinking that we didn't belong in the neighborhood.
We received our pizza, paid the difference and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just discovered this place as I am new to the area. But it is very conveniently close to my house. Yesterday I went in and got a ham & cheese sandwich. Not so good... with good intentions and in hopes of finding a convenient food option in the neighborhood, I figured I would try their pizza. So, I came back today. The menu is on the wall to the right when you walk in. Since I was ordering to go for a family of five, it would have been so much easier not to memorize the menu because the girl taking orders was all the way at the other end of the restaurant, where you can not see the menu and would not walk twenty feet to take an order... So, I ordered a four topping pizza: Pineapple, ham, olive & feta. They were out of feta, so instead of going to the other side of the restaurant to figure out what I wanted instead of feta, I took a three topping pizza. When I got home, the pizza was undercooked with the dough melting from the middle, it had practically no sauce and did not have olives. Literally the worst pizza I ever had in my entire life. I had throw it away because none of the kids wanted anything to do with it. I have no idea how this place can stay open. I would not suggest this establishment and I won't...

We have moved, so I donāt get to frequent as often I use to, or as often as I likeā¹ļø, but whenever I get within 15 miles of Francescoās, I make sure to come!
