Biscuit Company — Restaurant in Randleman

Sadly, I stopped in today, 3/22/24 and I sat at the drive-thru for at least 5 minutes, nobody took my order, I drove to window and still nobody came to take my order. I hate to say it, but it really seems like they are steadily getting worse instead of better. I have decided to not go back again due to high prices, steadily declining quality of food and the bad service.

I have to update my review..seems like over the past 2 months the service and food are going downhill while their prices are going up. Today (10/10/23) for example, I ordered a biscuit and sat in the drive-thru for at least 5 minutes, used to be they were really quick getting you in and out, sadly not anymore. A lot of times I have seen employees standing around eating while 1 employee does the work. Maybe the Manager should check into this problem. I for 1 will not be going back.

The people in this restaurant are always so friendly and their service is great. My husband and I love their biscuits. I just wish they were open...

I have no problem with the food by any means and up until recently I was a regular morning customer. The only reason I stopped is because the girl they stick on the window is dumber than a box of rocks, like literally. I can tell her 5 times what I want and she still messes it up every morning. Sad part it's only her. Because when the manager or the shift supervisor just happens to be on the window I have no problem. If they would so kindly take her off the window then I would come back. But it got so bad that the other day I ordered 2 chicken biscuits and a coffee and she rang me up for $24. When I got my food all I got was a sausage and a chicken biscuit. Biscuit Company has a wide array of breakfast options to choose from, from your regular biscuits to egg breakfast platters. They also serve lunch here and cupcakes & cookies on occasion. Prices are still fairly decent- a Lg. Egg & Chz biscuit, a Sm. Hashbrown (which are seasoned tater tots), and a Lg. Orange Juice was $7.78 as of Sept. 2024. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because their drive-thru line is incredibly slow. It can take 10 to 15 mins just to get to the drive-thru speaker because of the line. You can go in and order though if you don't want to wait. Great food, but some training should go into making the drive-thru quicker and...
