Sir Pizza of Randleman — Restaurant in Randleman

I was disappointed because Sir Pizza was my favorite pizza joint growing up. I used to eat here all the time when my dad lived off Old Salem Rd for a couple years in 2006-2008. Sir Pizza franchise is only located in the 336 (Triad, NC). I have lived in South Carolina for a long time now, last time I was in the Triad area was in 2015. So I'm in town visiting my family & I quickly made the decision on the first day here that I had to get me some of the Sir Pizza! So the pizza that was served to me wasn't great. It didn't have enough pizza sauce, and the middle of it wasn't cooked thoroughly. It was a little burnt on the very edge. I ordered Hawaiian Style pizza. I guess the cook was rushing, bringing out the orders to the customers quickly, & thinking that the customers are satisfied by not making them wait too long. No SIR, I would rather for you to let it cook at the right temperature, slow & thoroughly. The waiting time should be no less than 12 minutes and no longer than 25-30 minutes depending on how busy it is. I got my pizza in like 10 minutes. Although I didn't complain because I know for a fact it's a great pizza joint. I'm taking 2 stars off of this one. Next time I come and if it's what I expected. I will change...

Numerous times now and for the final time last night, they have gotten a very simple two salad order incorrect for the last time. We like to order two large grilled chicken salads and take them home, one with no croutons. Last night, we got home and one had chicken AND ham on it? My wife cannot eat cold deli meat due to her pregnancy. The other salad below…just ham?! Other times I would ask for extra tomatoes on the side…get home to find no tomatoes on the salad…just in cups on the side. I went back in and simply asked for a refund as the order was completely wrong.

As a previous reviewer mentioned, the dark haired lady at the counter - how and WHY is she still there? Rude doesn’t even begin to describe our encounters. I mentioned to her that I would not be coming back after last night and as she threw our salads in the trash she had the nerve to say “yay!” Come on...

A friend of mine who worked at Sir Pizza years ago, highly recommended ordering a pizza. I ordered a 3 topping pizza (pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms). When I got home and lifted the cover of the box, I found a hot and fresh pizza. Unfortunately, the pizza was a complete disappointment. The pepperoni was crumbled vs sliced pieces, the sausage and mushrooms were skimpy and scattered around the pizza. The underlying sauce was bland and was an affront to Italian pizza that I have eaten in both New York and Italy. While I am challenging an "institution pizzeria " and in all probability incurring the wrath of the locals, Sir Pizza remains a disappointment and I recommend that you pass on Sir Pizza and explore other options in Randleman or Asheboro. Moreover, $18.00 for a medium 3 topping pizza is simply too much for an attempt to capture true...
