Monte's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Random Lake

Monte's is another location of an established, locally-owned eatery. This counter-style diner offers a selection of American and Indian favorites, as well as handful of hot breakfast entrées and sandwiches. The food offerings are joined by a selection of bottled beer, hard liquor and other alcoholic beverages, along with the typical soft drinks, including locally-produced Jolly Good sodas. My first couple of visits to this establishment always started with a warm welcome, fast service, and continued with being served hot, delicious food with impeccable counter service. Thus far, I have stayed on the American side of the menu, but my wife raved about her first Indian dish with the appropriate heat and spices to match.
