Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Rapid City

I've never had an issue with this location until today. It's my two daughters' birthdays today and three out of our five pizzas are missing the correct toppings. When I called in, the man on the phone wasn't rude, but didn't have much interest in fixing the issues. He said all they could do for me was offer store credit. I asked why they couldn't send out the correct pizzas; 3 out of 5 pizzas wrong isn't a small mistake. He had no answer and said credit was the best they could do. I like this location though and will still order from them in the future. Just disappointed that my kids got pizzas they won't eat now because of incorrect toppings. Waited 10min at the counter for someone to help me with my carry out order. Could hear someone working in the back so figured it wouldn’t be too long. Finally had to step into the back and get his attention. He apologized for the wait and informed me there was supposed to be someone at the register. He then had to get the manager to unlock the register, who was out front of the store with three other people vaping. She watched me walk in and another customer walk in about 5min after me and didn’t bother to see if we would need any help inside. In comparison to the other Pizza Hut locations in town this is by far the best! The order has always been correct, warm, tasted fabulous! I did have problems with delivery once but it was a door dasher and not a reflection of this location. Though I have never spoken to anyone at this location (I order online, I only call if something is missing/wrong) kuddos to the managers and team at this location, you must have a well put together crew to provide this kind of fast, efficent...
