Tudor's Biscuit World — Restaurant in Ravenswood

There were a lot of things that were not available, but, to be fair, we were there in the afternoon. The girl at the counter said that they only really had breakfast sandwiches available so we decided to try them. The sandwiches were definitely larger than fast food chain sandwiches. They didn't seem like there was much effort put into them though. The sausage egg and cheese was cold enough that it didn't even begin to melt the cheese and the sausage texture was like it had been sitting since breakfast time. We wanted to try the chicken biscuits, but they were out of chicken for the biscuits. I hope that it was just a bad time of day. Called in and had 2 Peppies replaced, because they were supposed to have Extra cheese put on them, they didn't, this time they didn't either 1 was burnt the second was ok just not extra cheese which I paid for. So my husband takes them back in and shows them they give him 2 cups of cheese and silverware, well you get paid to do your job which is to make the food correctly, we wouldn't be here if it wasn't messed up to begin with and they were made right the second time. I will probably just stick to McDonald's up the Street, service is nicer and food is correctly made. The staff is rude and doesn't wanna help. I they wanna...

Went through the drive thru this morning and our order was wrong despite repeating it at least two times. Went inside to have one biscuit corrected and both front of house employees are on their phone. One employee is eating biscuits and gravy at the counter and licking her fingers. She proceeds to go and serve people in the restaurant without washing her hands. I love Tudor’s. I always stop when I come home, but the customer service here is atrocious and the employees are unsanitary. No employee should be eating and serving food at...
