9/2/23 Your response prove my point lack of professionalism. You will always be a small business. You can’t handle constructive criticism. You don’t hang up on customers no matter how difficult they are. You should always tell the customer that you’re sorry for their inconvenience. You should always ask the customer what should you do to make their experience a more pleasurable one. After all, they are spending the hard earned money for your service. I counted 10 one star reviews for your business establishment. Not Good!

Read moreLONG WAIT AND WRONG FOOD: I thought the food was decent until my last experience. The food took a long time (Over 1.5 hours) to be delivered and once it was delivered the order was wrong. When I immediately called to have the situation fixed, I was told they sent their last driver out (7:15 pm) and when I asked to have my money back they said they can't bring the money back because they have no drivers,.....even though I paid with a debit card. This all occurred on a Sunday and the best they could do is reimburse me on Tuesday or send out the correct order on Tuesday. Read moreHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I called and the man who answered did not know how to answer phones and ask questions. I had to give him my address and phone number cause he wasn't asking me. He was very rude and was acting like I was bothering him. Mind you I knew exactly what I wanted and he was just being very unprofessional. I called back to speak to the manager and told her that he did not do his job correctly and rubbed me the wrong way. She blamed me said well you have to have your order ready.
