I think the one in Raynham has gone down hill. I don't know who the manager is there, but they need to keep their eyes open a little wider. Shelves aren't stocked well. Especially the market basket brand of products. The baggers don't know how to bag. You don't put perishable items in the same bag with cereal! You should be keeping all perishables together! Also if a customer has more then one carriage of groceries someone should be right on the get go to offer to help you bring out the extra carriage. Since the store opened back up after the strike it's not the same. It's a shame, I like to shop there, but I shouldn't have to go out to West Bridgewater to get a better selection when I live in Taunton. You know I'm handicapped and want to get all the perishables put away as soon as I get home. But I have to go through every bag because there might be that package of cheese under the cereal. I have missed it before, also other items and the next day when I put the the rest of the groceries away I find that cheese or yogurt or whatever it is that now I have to throw away. I'm on a very fixed income and I can't afford to buy extra because things that I've already bought have gone sour. I'm...
Read moreBeen going to Market Basket in Raynham for quite some years. Everything is clean and organized. I’ve never had too much bad experience there but I do need to put a review for my experience there this morning during the COVID19 crisis.
I do not want to complain having to wait in the line outside. Customers definitely having respect for each other.
Complain ... Employee on brake sitting on a bench right besides the line of customers. She was eating, drinking, clearing her throat and singing. There was a 6 foot mark right in front her. Customers were not standing in front of her, all looking the same way I felt.
Complain ... Checkout lines were absolutely crazy! Each line had at least 4-5 customers in line going down the aisles. Nobody had anywhere to go. We were definitely not 6 feet away from each other. I’ve never seen such a slow motion at the grocery store. Husband and I timed how long we were in the line ... 27 minutes.
Due to the speed at Market Basket checkout in Raynham, my suggestion would be to minimize the amount of customers let in. I would’ve felt more safe waiting outside an extra half hour than feel trapped in line everyone...
