Special Orders are a breeze for Omar and his crew!! I have been searching for a brown leather sofa with hobnail upholstery tacks ( but not the really shinny ones) for over a year. I have been to all the furniture stores Bernie & Phyls, Jordan, Cardi's you name it and could not find exactly what I wanted. I found a few that were close but not quite exact. The prices for those stores were also outrageous. I stopped into HomeTown one day and explained my problem to Omar and he took me over to this big screen T.V. that was actually an interactive catalog and bam I found exactly what I had my heart set on not only did I get the exact couch I was looking for but the price was way way lower than the other furniture stores plus I have the option of renting to own or paying it off early yay and my cash stays in my pocket. I got such a good deal we were also able to afford to get the recliner to match! Even though it was a special order I got it so fast,Omar and his guys had it a week later and the 2 pieces were still lower than just the couch with those other guys!!!! I love love love my new couch it is so soft and comfortable and I will never go anywhere else ever again!!!!!Thank you so much HomeTown you have one very very satisfied...

I was looking for a bed platform for over a month and couldn’t find a decent one anywhere. Googled furniture stores in Taunton and found Home Town. Living in Taunton for over 20 years I did not remember ever seeing this store. I decided to stop by and check for bed frames. Starting talking to Omar and right there my decision was made. Wonderful customer service and beautiful furniture. My husband was amazed with the quality of the material. While waiting, I tried one of their nutritional protein shakes that they also have, it was absolutely delicious. The girl making the shakes (can’t remember her name), was very sweet and patient with helping find the right flavor. Everyone there is so pleasant and friendly. Great customer service. Definitely going back next time I need a piece of furniture, and for sure going back for their delicious shakes. Highly recommend. They’re amazing. Thank you for making my visit...

HomeTown Furnishings succeed when 4 MUCH larger furniture retailers failed to deliver. We have a tricky narrow staircase in our home which led to several failed deliveries from the other retailers. This is when HomeTown saved the day! The manager helped us find a gorgeous dresser that would fit up our stairs! This bit of customer service was extraordinary given the others only told me to search their website and wished me good luck. HomeTown took the time to search the dimensions of their inventory and made several specific recommendations that would meet our needs.
