Wendy's — Restaurant in Raynham

Jaylin was who took my money for my order on Christmas Eve at approx 4:30pm. She and two other female employees ( one with headset) , laughed at me when two of the only two sandwiches l ordered had lettuce ect on them,when l ordered the Jr cheeseburger plan & the spicy chicken cheese only. Jaylin literary yelled at me three times " I can't take your order back" l kept on explaining and showing that the sandwiches where made incorrectly. Jaylin thought it was funny and was angry all at the same time. Told me pull up, and someone would bring out the correct order. I was out in under 20 degrees weather,waiting close to ten minutes,after they severed two more vehicles in the drive thru,and l had to walk to the drive thru window,to get my order. Again the three female staff at the window laughed and gave me the bag,with s the spicy chicken with no cheese this time and l had the cold fries from the previous order. I asked the young lady if her name was Jaylin as it reads HOST: Jaylin on my receipt, she replied " No" What a terrible experience. I will never be back. They should just shut down, because it's a disgrace they way they treat...

Gotta say I was a bit disappointed... I popped in around 7:30 Tuesday night. There were several high school age kids in front of me having trouble placing their order. The problem was out of the three food ordering kiosks only one was working. One was turned off, the second had no card reader. To make matters worse they weren't taking orders at the counter. A staff member announced they were out of fries as I watched the kids give up and leave out of frustration. I placed my order and headed to the counter. The floors behind the counter were a mess, the prep station person was touching his hair with grease soaked disposable gloves and continued to prep food. I did not see any glove changes while there... When I received my food I was given a small cup for a drink, a courtesy for having to wait a bit for the order. I went to use the first drink kiosk and it was out of ice and not working. The second drink kiosk had ice however, most of the drink selections were out. I took my food and departed. Upon inspecting my burger I noticed they forgot the bacon. Overall a sad state of affairs, need...

We ordered at drive thru only 4 cars in line not bad. I ordered a number 1 no cheese for wife and I ordered a home style chicken sandwich with bacon added. Picked up order drive thru time was average. Left the area reaching in to grab some fries 🍟 they were cold 🥶 and hard on outside and sooggy in the middle ( not good) so I got home they didn't give me my receipt not in bag ok. Took a bite noticed no bacon 🥓 but they now have pickles on chicken sandwich 🤮. Those are great on burgers not chicken 🐔. Took another bite after removing pickles and something just tasted bad like rotten. I spit out my sandwich and in the trash it went, waste of my hard earned money. Wife ate her Burger, and her fries 🍟 into the trash with in 15 minutes she is sick 🤢 stomach aches . We were looking forward to having a quick meal after a long day and not cooking at home 🏘️. We will never go to that Wendy's ever again can't be trusted with safe food service.
