Las Chili's — Restaurant in Raytown

I was lied to by the woman that worked the counter. My husband purchased food and ordered extra meat. We eat there often and always order extra meat. People make mistakes and they usually make it right with the customer.This order did not have extra meat. When I called back she insisted it did have the extra meat that we requested and she prepared.the order. I hope she is not jumping from the register and tables then touching food. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager and that she had prepared the order. My husband said she did not prepare the order. I tried to call back to ask for the owner and she would not answer the phone. So I called today and looks like my number has been blocked. I have spent too much money there and made several referrals to be treated in this manner . Very poor customer service by a person that says she was the manager. This was the second issue with this store. I refused to give anymore referrals or spend another dime at this location. l would like to speak to the owner General manager. This was the second time I had a bad experience. They always say we don't don't fix any issues with orders. I place an order from the daily special menu which I usually don't. I don't usually order drinks. The special came with drinks. When was told my order was ready I was took the sack and told them thank you. When I got home remembered there should have been drinks with each orders. I called back and was told it was too late and that could not give me my drinks. I feel they should be sure customers to get all items in their orders to make sure they are complete. So I did not get drinks. What a joke.I could not drive back to get my drinks. What are they doing with this money for products you are not getting. Is the "MANAGER POCKETING THE MONEY". It is always the same counter person. Since I was blocked by phone a review was definitely in order. And I will be sure to tell everyone I encounter about the poor and insanely rude customer service given by the manager and debilitate omittion of items from customer orders at...

I thought I finally found a good little restaurant by my house. I went in there were two people who obviously were supposed to be working at the front just looked at me while the man in the back came up and took my order. I noticed after spending literally 25 minutes waiting for my to-go orders at everyone who walked in the man from the back would come to the front to ask if I was to go or if they were dinning in, while the two people who are standing in front just spoke to each other and was on their phone. I wanted to add cake to my order Tina what's her name rolled her eyes and had an attitude problem. The whole time I was there she looks mad like she was getting fired. When it was time to pay for my meal the man told the guy in the back to come up and do the work. He says push 8 7 8 on the cash registers and then obviously didn't know what he was doing. So Corey came up to the register and ended up pulling a huge wad of money out I mean big and it wasn't just 27 tens it was just a pile of messy ones and 20s and fives and tens every we're not even in order and it was a huge pile of money. the little man in the back with a dreadlocks I noticed he was busting, tables he was taking food out, he was taking orders, he was packing to go orders, used gloves when needed, all why these two people Corey and Tina we're standing there talking. He even greeted the guests they need to work in the back no. I even have pictures on my phone (blured the faces) of them on their phone ignoring customers and everything it was the most rudest thing I have seen in a long time. II have always worked in the food service I've seen bad attitudes these are people who don't want to work there. My food took forever but I don't even care about that it's how I was treated. it was completely disrespectful and I will be posting on multiple sites. The food...

Been driving by the "All you can eat tacos every day" for several months now. One of my friends tried it last week and said it was good sonI decided to give it a shot.

The tacos definitely hit more like homemade seasoning in a white household, the seasoning on the beef tasted almost exactly like the one I make up at home. But that's not necessarily a downside. The tacos themselves were really good and they'll add sour cream, onion, and tomato if you ask. Something I haven't experienced at other all you can eat tacos places. The all you can eat tacos is also only $8.45, which is a killer price. I want to say Dixon's charges $12 for tacos that aren't seasoned as well, no toppings, and no complimentary chips and salsa. The Salsa isn't anything to write home about, but it's complimentary and it's not offensive, so I'll take it.

My only gripe would be the wait time. I know it's because they're understaffed, but waiting 20 minutes or more between our first and second serving of Tacos feels like it defeats the purpose of all you can eat. But I can't hold it against the staff that was there, they were all working plenty hard, just tough for one girl to keep up with several tables all ordering all you can eat tacos.

Will definitely come back, I just hope they get two waiters working on a Friday night. Slinging tacos, wiping down tables, checking people out up front, and taking orders for all dozen or so tables in there is a lot to ask from...
