If I could rate this a zero I would. I ordered a few different things (my receipt is attached). While eating my Kung Bao triple Delight, I bit into something hard. When pulling it out of my mouth I was faced with a piece of metal. Upon looking at my dish a bit more there was one other piece. (I have included those photos here). I called up to the restaurant just to let them know and instead of listening to what I was explaining the lady who very rudely answered the phone began to scream at me about how I didn’t order soup. I kept explaining that I am aware that I didn’t order soup but I was trying to tell them there was metal in my Kung Bao and she proceeded to continue to scream at my. My fiancé was sitting listening to the whole call and was in absolute awe at how rude this lady was. I will never have a good thing to say about this restaurant ever again. That was the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered.

I popped in on a regular Thursday. I wanted something spicy and to give this place a try because my daughters have given it so much praise. I ordered the Szechuan shrimp (no mushrooms) with fried rice and took it home. When I got home and opened the food I noticed that I did not get fried rice. Instead it was regular rice. No big deal. The rice was hot and fresh. I could eat it plain it was so good. I then opened up the szechuan shrimp and the vegetables were so crisp and fresh! The sauce had the perfect amount of spice and the food was still hot! There was plenty of shrimp and they left out the mushrooms (as requested). Definitely one of the best places I’ve ever gotten szechuan shrimp from. 💜

They charged me $18 for orange chicken and order of crab rangoons . Which I would not have mind paying for if the meat was not old. I'm so disappointed because this is the first time that I ate at this place. I'm going to put a picture of the chicken , I kept the meel till the next day not being able to eat that night. Because they were already closing. The next day I called the lady and she basically explain that they make everything fresh which I totally doubt, she gave me some more orange chicken, I will never eat there again. That is the worst orange chicken I have ever had.

I've had some of the other local Chinese in Raytown at Mama China and Shanghai Express, so I decided to give this place a shot and see if I was missing out on anything.

Some of the positives: The food was ready quick, the food was hot as possible, the people were friendly, and the portions were pretty good for the price.

Unfortunately I can't quite give it 4 or 5 stars though because everything I got was either mediocre or bad tasting (aside from the fried rice). The Sweet and Sour Chicken had sort of a weird after taste that's difficult to describe, almost like it had been freezer burnt before being prepared? The Rangoon we're extremely bland, almost the flavor of a saltine cracker without salt. The Sweet and Sour sauce was watery and almost had a Kool aid like taste to it. But the biggest culprit was the lo-mein. It smelled and tasted like it had cinnamon in it. I don't know if lo-mein is supposed to have Cinnamon in it traditionally, but there was enough of it in this lo-mein to make me think Cinnamon Toast Crunch. It was offensively sweet too.

Liked just about everything else about this place, but the food has to be good to come back, and unfortunately there is some steep competition over at Mama China and...

I love the food here. We order at least once a month. We were getting over sickness and had a long week so we opted for delivery. They forgot my noodles and I called to let them know and the lady wanted me to go there and pick it up. Then she wanted to argue that she put it in my bag. You may have out it in a bag but it was not mine. And I ordered it for delivery and paid extra for delivery. Weve never had them mess up like this before but the fact that she was pretty much telling me I was lying, plus asking me to come pick it up after paying extra is BS. Sad to say this may be our last time eating here. Which is really sad. I get that it's Friday night and you are probably busy but maybe slow down and make sure things are being done correctly. And you shouldn't call a customer a liar. Especially considering we spent almost $50. We only get to eat out one night a week. And to have this type of experience...
