I ate at Cristina’s Restaurant for the first time last night, and let me say I was very impressed. I ordered their famous Chicken Mofongo, and it was really, really hard to finish it. The portion was enormous! The sauce they brought to pour over the Mofongo was so flavorful, and made it such a great comfort dish.
