Di Carlo's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Red Bud

Yeah so di Carlos restaurant!!! I just have to say not sure who the woman is up there taking orders right now we have never eaten there or ordered food and were excoted to try it, but the woman who we placed out order with is absolutely disrespectful and rude and not customer oriented at all! She did not inform us of really any details about our food, specifically what was on the salads which we didn't ask and she didn't say, but with that being said my boyfriend just picked our food up and I am really allergic to bacon which I didn't know they put on the salad as well as dumped our dressings on there which is very odd since we asked for extra dressing and makes since if they don't want u to know they didn't give you extra besides that I am allergic to bacon and my boyfriend went back into the restaurant told the woman we ordered from and asked her to have it remade and she flat out refused and says it's not her problem! What happened to satisfying your customers?? I literally took two bites of my sandwich, and I couldn't stomach it. It was nasty. But, do you think I got a refund or anything?? Nope!! They need a visit from Restaurant Impossible. The waitress was a very hard worker, and still smiled even though she was the only waitress in the dinning room. I have eaten here several times before, and the family that owns the restaurant never lifts a finger to help their wait staff. Which is probably why theres a different waitress every time I come back; the family just stand around talking gives me the sense that there is no team work or a passion for hospitality.
