Flaco's Tacos — Restaurant in Redding

I’ve had the al pastor chimichanga, carnitas chimichanga, al pastor taco, carnitas taco, and fish taco so far and I won’t stop until I’ve had the whole menu. This is the best Mexican food place in Redding by far, there isn’t much I wouldn’t do for one of their chimichangas. Please try this place, it is absolutely insane how good it is. I had a carnitas super burrito with everything. The taste was delicious! I believe the rice, specifically, had an amazing standout flavor. I look forward to trying to replicate that taste in my home cooking.

I got a barbacoa burrito. The meat was indistinguishable between shredded beef and shredded pork. The salsa is just watered down chile powder.
