Everything every other review is saying about this store, the wait times, the employees and their attitudes and even their ability to make what you order is absolutely accurate. Your order says 70 minutes and 2 hours later you still don't have your pizza. You can explain something to the employees five times and all you will get is dead eyed stares. We told them the order would have to be remade and that I would have to go in and pick it up and 5 minutes later they can't figure out my order because, out of all the questions they were asking me trying to figure out my order, it didn't occur to any of them to ask me for my phone number which is what they need to look up my order. Not knowing anything about my order or that they were supposed to be remaking it they kept trying to tell me that it must have just left with the delivery driver. That is the "we just want you to go away" problem solving method and they were really confident about it. It was once I cancelled my order that Bobby the manager bothered to get involved. He offered to give me my order for free, something I would usually say no to because it undermines their failures (as if a free pizza means that they don't have to address a systemic problem within their business) but at this point the least they could do is set the bar on the floor and make the attempt to step over it. 20 minutes later one of the guys who should know what's going on because he was there when everything was being discussed five times, asks me what I'm waiting for I tried to explain it for a sixth time and then asked him to go get Bobby when he wasn't getting it. Apparently he heard just walk away because that's what he did leaving me at the counter even more frustrated than I already was and that's when Bobby, not understanding the basic concept of customer service, looks at me and tells me I don't understand the attitude. I'm having to communicate with people who act like I'm speaking an alien language and don't seem to have a grasp on the basic concepts of their own jobs, and the "manager" does not understand why I would be frustrated? I finally get my order but at this point I want to speak to the head manager of the store about this problem and of course when I asked an employee who the head manager is they don't seem to know or are unwilling to tell me but they went and got Bobby who immediately dismissed what I wanted by saying well you got a free pizza. A two-hour wait does not make that pizza free nor does it make what transpired here right. Then, once again refusing to give me the information I wanted, he tried to tell us that the wait time on the order said 2 hours. My wife placed the order and she certainly wouldn't lie to me because she would be the first one to tell them no if the wait time was 2 hours. According to Bobby his piece of paper said my wife was lying and according to the screenshot on my wife's phone Bobby's lying cuz it's certainly said 70 minutes. Once again I reiterated that I wanted to know who the head manager was so I could speak to them and he finally decided to answer that question before telling me the head manager Michael wouldn't care any more...

Went to dominoes and the pizza special was$8 for a large one topping. Rude and scam prices. But worst the prices. I ask them about my order after they had me on hold they can back and said they couldn't not find it. Then they told me that the delivery man said he brought but nobody was home but we are all up waiting for the dinner in the living room where the front door is at... Then she told me that she couldn't send another order out because it's my word against the 6 people in my house that was waiting on DINNER!!!... At the end of the convo she said oh and are money will be put back on you card in seven days... it's was a totally bad experience and we spend money at this place on the regular.. SO I couldn't get my food not to mention they told us we where wrong about the pizza guy come to the house... SO now I gotta go spend another 30+ at 9pm 2 hours after I placed a delivery from this place.... I guess the customers not...
