Donāt waste your time with this dealership. Iāve never experienced a more unprofessional transaction in my life. It started with them waiting until I was writing a check to tell me they donāt accept personal checks. I ended up paying for the car over Zelle to one of their salesman (which is weird in itself), because they took almost 2 hours to print whatever āpaperworkā they needed. And by that time all banks were closed. Within 24 hours of owning the car I had found an issue with the Body control module which Iāve taken to multiple shops and still canāt find someone to fix it permanently. And not to mention I find out they sold me a car with a dead battery that I had to jump 3 times within 48 hours of having the car home. They replaced the battery at no cost but I had to drive the almost 2 hours back to their dealership from where I live. Another week goes by and Iām already getting a check engine light. And of course none of these issues had been mentioned before I bought the car. It then took them almost 4 months to send me my license plate and registration. I had to make yet another joyous 2 hour drive back to their dealership to print a new temp. registration as the original had expired before they could get me the actual plate. Throughout this process I would call frequently to figure out what was taking so long and not once did I receive a call back on any of my voicemails. I was forced to call back to back (sometime almost 10 times in a row) before someone would answer the phone. Fast forward another 5 months and I had still not received the title for the car that they claimed they āsentā. They told me I had to make an appointment with the SOS and pay for a new one. They finally decided to just send me the money to cover this expense but needless to say I wasnāt pleased, regardless of the actual amount (it was only $20 but still). If I new what kind of experience this would be I would of ran, not walked, but RAN somewhere else. I would give 0/5 stars if I could and I would most definitely not recommend this place even to my worst enemy.
Update (05/06/2025): I didnāt think this place could have gotten any worse. I had originally purchased a warranty with the vehicle and was told I needed to call by April to renew the policy if I wanted to. The phone number they provided in the brochure was a bogus number as the person who finally answered had no idea who I was or why I was calling and had no idea what or who Go2motors was when I asked. It took almost 2 months to get ahold of someone at the dealership after countless calls. By that time the policy was expired and they told me they couldnāt do anything to help me. Iām now stuck with a car that Iāve had for under a year and a half and has a blown transmission which I will now have to pay for completely out of pocket. This is an absolute disgrace for a business and everyone Iāve spoken to from the owner on down has been a complete joke. I wish nothing more than this place to go out of business so that no one has to experience...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI canāt believe I allowed myself to be played by Billy. I shouldāve known better. I bought 2 cars Chevy equinox and Chevy impala. Ok so I was already skeptical because he informed me that the equinox had been sitting for a while however he knows the owner and itās a good car, it started up and for the most part ran ok. However during the test drive it would act like it wanted to cut off at every red light so he so called got the issue fixed or did whatever he had to do to make it stop long enough for me to give my money. Well itās doing the exact same thing literally and now I have to come out of money for a car I havenāt even had 3 months because clearly whatever Billy told them to fix didnāt fix the issue, so even though itās doing the same thing, itās something different that needs to be fixed which simple means you didnāt ever fix the problem from the beginning. My daughter is a college student and saved all her money to give to a scammer $4800 for a car that he shouldāve never sold. It also needs a muffler and aināt no telling what else. He knew this car wasnāt great that why he pushed it on me so hard. We not even gon start on the impala. Needs breaks, AC doesnāt work, tires are bold and several other issue that have been discovered, $7500 down the drain. I do hold myself accountable because I shouldāve followed my gut and went somewhere else, but I guess he got me when he mentioned his relationship with God. Iām so sad so hurt. I need these cars so bad so that I can get to and from and also my daughter and now Iām stuck with two large bills. š¤¦š¾āāļø ladies especially be careful.. I DONT...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBuyer beware! Go2Motors has been nothing but problems.Purchased my car from them and was told it had no issues and was in great shape. Immediately check engine light was on showing fuel evap leak. Billy, the salesman, told me it would turn off over time and he had fixed the issue. Never turned off. I contacted Billy and brought into shop, $450 for repair. Upon delivery the car was very low on oil, I also noticed a large oil leak within the first 100 miles of being drove. Shop determined engine oil cooler leak. $1150 repair. Billy said he would help pay for repairs. I generously agreed to splitting the cost. The money NEVER showed. In addition to the problems, in the 4 months of owning the vehicle the car randomly shut down while driving 15+times. Major safety hazard. It is likely due to an after market key replaced by Go2motors. They were aware of an issue and tried to slap a bandaid on it with a cheap part instead of fixing the issue. After several unanswered calls and txt to Billy and the main office over several months I have completely been ignored and shut out. I would never do business with them again and wish I had taken other poor reviews seriously. I would also be concerned about the title work being completed by this dealer. It took almost 2 months to receive any paperwork from them. It seemed that they didnāt even have the title at the...
