Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Redford Township

Boy oh boy let me tell you my story at this place ! So today we got pizza from the 7 mile Redford location but i ordered it online from my account. It was supposed to be ready at 4:15 but i didn't come out until around 4:45 . After finally getting our pizza we went home . As i opened the box we came to realize the pizza was absolutely raw !! It was still soft to the touch sticky and everything right before you cook it . So we took it back and their reply was sorry we didn't cook the pizza ? I'm like ok can we fix this situation? Ok , let's have a new one made ok ? No problem... So 40'ish minutes later after watching and listening to all the craziness going on in this store we got our 2nd pizza oh boy !! I'm starving can i finally eat ? We got home and went to eat again but this time ?? They didn't put any sauce on and forgot the onions 😂😂😂. They were playing around in the back mostly instead of working right we witnessed it ! Meanwhile this whole ordeal took well over 2 hours we still didn't get our pizza done right because i wasn't going back up there again to wait another hour !! . This store needs to be investigated on how it's being run and how the management is actually letting these things continue to happen it seems . I will be looking into this situation myself to try and get this situation over there fixed . We didn't even eat our pizza because it was not what we wanted but we also didn't get a refund because i didn't want to deal...

Horrible doughy pizza went to the drive through ordered a pizza while the person taking my order was trying to take someone elses order on the phone, I order a pizza with butter Parm all over, sat at the window and watched 5 other people walk in place orders and get there pizza right when it came out of the oven. I waited 15 minutes, and when I finally got the pizza the person that took my order was still on the phone and not just putting the phone down and deal with the customer you have face to face right in front of you cause the lady that took my order you gave me a doughy ass pizza with no butter Parm on thanks for charging me for that shit show of a meal Shame on this little Caesars. But hey if you like waiting an hour for a HOT AND READY, and if you also like dealing with a horrible atmosphere of a work place, and if you like having to take your food home and throw it back in the oven to cook it then this is the place for you. Also this is my 3rd review on this location just keep hoping it would get better since it's the closest LC to me. But hey go down the Rd and hit up corsi's pizzeria they have the bomb diggity of pizza and the amount of bad reviews just from the past 2 months you think the owner of this location would change something cause honestly this place is...

Walked in, ordered a simple order. Thin crust pizza, half cheese and half pepperoni. Waited almost 3 minutes and when I walk in to get my food thinking it’s ready, well it wasn’t. They made a regular crust pizza with JUST pepperoni then asked me to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for them to make a whole another pizza and I said no and asked for a refund. As the manager came up to refund me my money she was talking under her breath saying God knows what. I don’t eat their food but my kids do. These people are not sanitary, they don’t wear gloves AT ALL. People who handle food should be wearing gloves at all times due to the fact that germs are very strongly transferable from the hands to anything that they touch so them not wearing gloves is a HUGE red flag. Management is very rude. If you don’t have the patience or the manners to deal with an angry customer who waited 30 minutes to get his food then was asked to wait AGAIN then you shouldn’t be a manager. For as long as people keep buying from them nothing will ever change. If you like pizza and cheese bread and what not, there’s a Hungry Howies that’s actually clean and the employees are great.
