I placed an order for a Bacon Double Hamburger Deluxe with chili on the fries and the drink was pink lemonade. I left to go out past 12 mile and Telegraph to see a friend. I shared my food with my friend. They started eating before I did. Then I started eating a little later and then noticed that there was no bacon on my burger and the pink lemonade tasted like water. I called back to let them know what was going on with my order and they told me to come back. I've been gone from the restaurant for about an hour.Now it is after midnight and I have to get back in my car to drive back because my order was not fixed right. The friend I shared with didn't know how I placed my order so the food was eaten up except for part of the burger. When I get back to the restaurant they ask to see the food. Im trying to let them know that the food has been eaten and its not much left. So I go get the food and drink from the car when the girl open the box she immediately get ghetto and yell out "The food is gone! You ate it!" If you were listening I already told you this because my friend had already started eating the burger Then what restaurant takes food back during covid-19? So they take what is left of my food and throw it in the trash, give me $1.50 for missing bacon and replace my drink. I wasn't trying to exchange my food I was wanting to have my burger made the way I paid for it. Thats what good customer service is. So now I can't even eat my incorrectly made food, I'm still hungry, I spent over $11 and still have to go get something to eat in the middle of the night. More often than not this establishment takes phone off the hook when busy or answers the phone to tell you to hold while taking numerous orders hoping you will hang up or they will just hang up on you. Ive lived in redford 10 yrs so was happy when they opened.. I recently sat on hold over 15 minutes while driving there waiting to order a simple burger and when I arrived I was told they couldn't take my order over the phone or let me place an order while I watched people inside ordering, because there was people in the lobby and that my order would be drive thru only. Which would've been understandable if I was told this 20 minutes ago. The lady who answered just told me to hold just a moment. While they just sat the phone down.
