My recent obsession are fried fish tacos. I somehow have convinced my delusional self that despite being fried, they are fish...thus healthy. Thus...I must eat as many as possible! I brought my lovely sister here and we both had an entree each with two sides and one drink: total bill of $30. Very fair pricing, especially when considering the high quality of seafood and fresh ingredients. With the health conscientious Redondo Beach community nearby, you betcha the restaurant ensures a clean but tasty assortment of entrees. Probably to date, the best fish tacos ($7.75 for two tacos + 2 sides) I've had. You get a choice of two sides: standard is pilaf rice and black beans, but you can choose coleslaw, sweet potato sides, or more healthy items such as their tasty Spinach and Arugula Salad for a tiny bit extra cash. They have any fish you heart desires prepared in the manner you wish (fried, grilled...etc). As for drinks, you have the option between fountain drinks, bottled beers, or a small selection of wines.
The location is stunning with the new remodeling. Very open seating concept...order up front at counter first then seat yourself. They will provide you with a table number and bring food to you. It can get a bit noisy inside and very popular among families with young children. So if you're not into that, opt to seat outside by patio or take it to go.
Parking lot is within plaza that shares space with many other neighboring businesses. May be a pain to find a spot, but possible.
Very impressed with this spot and still dreaming of...
Read moreI was craving for seafood 🐟 last week but didn't want to get Cajun again, and I found this restaurant! 🤩 I came here expecting to get over with the seafood craving and then leave as the dish looked simple but boy was I surprised! 😯 Blue Salt fish grill is now my top 2 quick, healthy and delicious food to get! The restaurant was pretty clean and dining spaces were spacious and customer service was excellent.
I ordered "From the grill" menu: whitefish with Cajun garlic butter sauce and sides of pilaf rice and french fries. The fish had a very tender and soft texture. The sauce? Let's just say I didn't want to leave a single drop of that sauce on the plate! 😁 The rice 🍚 was also delicious. The only thing I found average was their French fries. 🍟 It wasn't crunchy enough, but hey I didn't come here for their fries. If you still feel like eating dessert after having that entree, then try their creme brulee cheesecake! It is the bomb! 💣 It is not your typical unbearably sweet cheesecake! It was actually sweet but I could still eat the whole cake and didn't feel thirsty (yes, MSG is annoying)! I would go as far as to say if I were to get a cheesecake, I would get it from this restaurant! 👍🏼
Overall, this restaurant reminds me a lot of Tender Greens in terms of customer service (awesome service and friendly). I would recommend this place if you need a quick bite but still want to get...

The menu features a diverse selection of seafood dishes, including grilled fish plates, salads, classic seafood recipes, fish tacos, and wraps. There is also a kid's menu available. You can choose from over sixteen seafood options, such as salmon, swordfish, mahi-mahi, halibut, and giant prawns. These can be grilled over an open flame or fried, and are accompanied by a variety of spices, sauces, and sides like grilled fresh vegetables, zucchini, fries, or rice. A key point for me is that they also offer gluten-free options.
Their sustainably sourced, wild-caught seafood is available at a very affordable price. The location features a friendly staff and a pleasant, clean atmosphere reminiscent of a waterfront restaurant in the Bay Area.
The food is delicious, and the portion sizes are very satisfying. We sampled two menu options: the salmon tacos, featuring corn tortillas, cabbage, cilantro, tomato, red onion, and chipotle dressing, accompanied by black bean salsa and rice pilaf, and the grilled ahi tuna plate, served with french fries and coleslaw. Both dishes were delicious and satisfying, and you have the option to customize them to your liking. Additionally, they offer a nice selection of desserts and beverages.
We will...
