Nothing new...same great experience!

This new location does the Coffee Bean brand justice. The service from ordering to the moment you get your hands on coffee...is efficient and most of all...friendly! Great staffing whom are knowledgeful in drinks and baked items. I love that they have a roomy parking lot unlike the one on Crenshaw that gets packed. I came into purchase my usual Colombian blend and hazelnut powder to prepare at home myself (save mula doing that). FYI: You recieve a free black coffee with every bag of coffee you purchase. Don't forget to ask them to grind beans to your cofee maker specifications. They accept the Coffee Bean rewards...spend $40 and get a free coffee or baked item (download app) then scan at any store that accepts the rewards system.

Great location near Galleria Mall, on Artesia Blvd. I certainly will frequent such a great spot! Well done Coffee...

Super disappointed 😞 after visiting the drive thru and arriving at home we tasted our drinks and they were not made correctly. We frequent other coffee beans in the area and our drinks are always delicious, but this one is right around the corner. Every time our drink seems to be off. But I keep giving them the Benefit of a doubt. We called to let them know and to see if our drinks could be re-made. The person whom I'm spoke to wasn't the nicest and kept talking over me but said ok come back and I'll make them correctly. We go back and a young lady gave us our drinks and a $5 gift card (super nice) BUT Drinks were the exact same. They just don't seem to know how to make an iced matcha with a heaping scoop of power. The drinks taste like straight milk and very faint green color. Sorry for the long review but it's at this point I'm just gonna take my business...

I came here for the first time not knowing what to get and the barista Dom was so helpful. She explained the menu, offered suggestions and told me to download the app to get points. I instantly complimented her to one of the managers on duty and they said they were aware cause a lot of customers love Dom! The drink she recommended was awesome ! It was one of her personal customized favorites but i can't remember the name of it. My first experience here was amazing . not only was my drink great but I got the right barista to help me.
