Fat Angelo's — Restaurant in Redstone Township

Okay so today Sunday Dec 3rd my family and I made an order from the New Salem area fat Angelos. (4:30pm also it was are 1st time having them) the lady that took my order was very rude to me. So rude I was going to cancel my 60$ order. But it’s the closest place to us and we wanted to eat ASAP. Lol but when I called back to add some extra ranch I spoke to the manager and told her how rude the lady was and how I was thinking about not going throw with the order. Anyways she apologized to me. Then a few mins lady the lady who took my order called me and apologized to me also. And offered to by me something, I told her that she dosent have to buy me anything. And thank you for saying sorry. I told her I know we all have bad days but try not to bring it to work... anyways that phone call was at 5pm and she also told me the lady would be leaving to meet me in about 10 mins. Well at 5:50 she finally arrived. So she has all of the food but the pizza for the kids.. (ugh now my kids have no dinner) she told me they will bring it to me when it’s done. I was mad because like I said now my kids have no food to eat, While we all eat. I had to drive and met her because I lived a little to far for not my whole order... so I was only 4 mins from my home. So when we open everything it was cold.!!!! I mean COLD. Like not warm at all.! (Almost like it was left overs) Nothing was.! So 40 mins later she brings the pizza for my kids.! Yay guess what it was the only thing warm.!!! I’m so upset I wasted so much money.! For cold food and to eat with out my kids.. I don’t think we will ever be coming back.! Or telling anyone they...

If I could give zero stars I would. While I don't know if he works at this location or the Masontown location, the delivery driver with the face tattoos in the blue jeep attempted to assault my boyfriend at a busy intersection a few months back after having tailgated my boyfriend for miles. I witnessed everything from my vehicle. Your driver is very lucky he didn't make it into my boyfriend's car. If I may suggest a few things, 1. Tone down your road rage just because others are driving the speed limit. 2. Be wary that some people open carry, especially in this area, because that could have been a terrible mistake for you. 3. @ Fat Angelo's--if this is the kind of service that is approved of, maybe you are better off not hiring psychopaths with prison tattoos. While we previously couldn't identify this gentleman we saw him driving down the same road, same intersection, same distinct blue vehicle recently and saw his face clear as day blaring his ghetto music with the Fat Angelo's light on top. I will never, ever frequent another FA again and our families certainly...

Horrible!!! Spent almost 70.00 and were rude, said they don't deliver 3 miles away (placed order online).. daughter went to pick it up and we talked to the employees a few times.. they said the owner only issues FULL refunds or nothing!! So bottom line is my daughter had to dri e to pick it up at 7:45 so we ended up paying delivery fee and 20% tip and to top it off our Calpine, pizza and chicken tender were unedibl!! There had to be 10 cloves of garlic on the calzone was disgusting.. we had to throw it away!! I hope the 20% tip and 3. 00 delivery fee was needed for doing absolutely nothing but ruining our meal... by the way.. they said the owner would call last night or today.. but... no luck!! I suggest not Tippi the delivery guys bc if you do and you have to go pick it up... they keep the 3.00 delivery fee and tip! Very sad establishment to say...
