Pop's Dari Dell — Restaurant in Reeds Spring

This place is amazing! I remember whenever my dad first took me here when I was a child. That was about 25 years ago! They are still rocking and rolling. I asked the man behind the counter and he said that they have been open since the 1950s! The hot fudge sundaes that they serve are so delicious! Probably the best around the Branson area. Personally I enjoy their peanut butter malt. You can actually taste The Malt in them. There are very few places that you can get a treat like that. They are super family-oriented, I handed my little boy a soft serve ice cream cone and of course he immediately dropped it! Lol I went back up to the counter to order another one for him and the man said it was on the house and gave him a new one. Every employee I saw there had a smile on thier face and were very courteous and polite. They went above and beyond what normal customer service standards are, you don't get that kind of service around places these days. I have been going to Pop's for decades and have never been disappointed. Their ice cream is their own recipe created by Ma so many years ago that you will have to ask Junior when it was created. Junior is Ma and Pop's son that is carrying on a very long and loved Ozarks tradition. Junior makes his chili from scratch every day ( Ma's recipe) for his coneys which are one of my favorites. Pop's Dairy Del has been a must stop for many guests to the Ozarks for generations. I ordered a cheese fry which cost me almost $7. Fries or 265 and dipping sauce is $0.65 so how it got to be $7 I don't know. Now they had chili cheese fries for six something when they gave me the order I asked for my chili was since they charge me. The man who seemed to be the owner told me I got what I got and it was the right price because it had more fries. There was the same amount of fries in a McDonald's small. I will never go here again.
