Arby's — Restaurant in Reidsville

This store in Reidsville, NC is consistently getting WORSE! But, no worries, I will not be back. Cashier was typical young person - not engaging, and of course, could not make change without the register listing what to return. Don't give them $10.25 for a $8.25 order. They can't figure out how to give $2 back. Mind blowing if different from the computer! Haha Now, to my Gyro. Less than half of the portion of meat that should have been on the sandwich and the meat was way over cooked and hard. A light film of sauce. Slow service and cold fries.

They were NOT busy. One employee had time to be sweeping and cleaning which was needed. Took about 8 minutes to get a Roast Beef, Beef and Cheddar, Fish Sandwich and a Loaded Fry. Fry was warm at best. Took them back to the counter and asked, "aren't these supposed to be hot?" She looked at me like I was crazy.

4 minutes later I returned to the counter, after another 2 minutes she asked the people in back about the fries. I then heard them tell someone to drop some fries. Keep in mind others have been served there food including fries during all this. Finally got hot fries.

Why did I hate this visit to Arbys of Riedsville? I went to visit my cousin in Riedsville, he took me to Arbys to eat. We went to get their new B.L.T sandwich on Wednesday, July. 3, 2019. I went hungry, and I left hungry! Because Arbys had run out of sliced bread! There's no telling how many people got turned away between 3:00 p.m and closing! All because the manager on duty, refused to go to the Food Lion and buy a few loaves of bread ( the Food Lion was in the same parking lot). Hell, I offered to pay for the bread, that's how hungry I was! It seems fast food service can no longer hire decent people to work for them! Especially at Arbys...
