First and foremost, I am a regular customer at Starbucks and have been for years. I work next to the Starbucks in Reidsville so I come to this location to do my homework on my lunch. EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME IN THE ESTABLISHMENT THE SERVICE IS DESPICABLE. Only a hand full of times have I received decent service and its usual from the male employees. The young ladies that work here have horrible attitudes and are very rude. I stopped coming for a while for this reason. 3/25/2024 I placed an order 245 for a caramel ribbon crunch and a coffee cake. I waited on my coffee cake for atleast 10 minutes and when I asked the young lady behind the counter about it , she told another Young lady who bagged it up tossed it in the pick up slot and called my name while I was standing right in front of her. The first young lady I spoke to proceed to give me dirty looks from across the counter. THE WHOLE CREW NEEDS TO BE FIRED EXCLUDING THE YOUNG MAN. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have recently stopped drinking caffeine due to health issues, went in a day last week to get a frapp decaffeinated, tried to order online but they kept adding shots of espresso, so I asked the lady after just walking in and she was very nice and helped me, so I tried the same thing last night, me and my sister went in instead of placing a mobile order and the lady taking our order was very rude right off the back, my sister didn't know you couldn't get coffee drinks in the trenite size and she talked to us like we were dumb, than when I ordered my drink she was even more rude, I didn't say anything but you could definitely tell on my face I was upset and her next words to me was are you upset? Customer service sucks, she also was making side comments the entire time we were in the building and her other employees were just as unprofessional laughing and cracking jokes! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI don't complain much but I have several about service there. On last veteran's day I came in to get the free coffee because I'm a veteran. I asked if I needed to buy something and the girl at the counter said no. They made me wait about 15 - 20 minutes for my free coffee. Is this how you feel about those who served and sacrificed for you freedom. Wow. That's just one of several. The coffee is good when you get what you ordered. The service sometimes is sketchy. More to come. Today, I went through the drive through and placed an order. Two of the three drinks were right. The third was wrong. I ordered a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and got what tasted like an americano(plain coffee with or without sweener or cream) with little to no sugar and just enough regular cream to color it.
