Subway — Restaurant in Reidsville

I'm genuinely curious to know, is the marinara on a pizza sub supposed to be warm? I am almost positive it is. Then can anyone from this Subway explain to me why my pizza sub has ice cold marinara sauce and solid cheese? Hello? Anybody? Guess you can't answer here, like you don't answer the phones from 8:40 PM-8:55 PM when I repeatedly called to inquire. However, I will add that I'm very disappointed in my cold pizza sub. If I wanted cold pizza for dinner tonight I would have ordered hot pizza yesterday. But oh well. Just provide the minimal amount of effort required for even mediocre customer service, then ignore the phones and you've got a great excuse for plausible deniability, right?!

Well, while I'm here, let me ask this too - is there a napkin shortage at your establishment? There must be because you didn't send any with my order, AGAIN. I'm so, so glad I have TP and facial tissue to save me from using my sleeve. But I would have preferred a napkin. What do you think I am, an animal or something?

Anyway, the customer service at this Subway has been steadily declining in the last year that we have used them. When we order in the restaurant, the sandwich artists often act as though we are a burden to them. They have absolutely no enthusiasm at all. When we order online for delivery, there is always an issue from no napkins to not reading any special instructions.

I really wish this particular store would improve as we really do love Subway and I'd hate to have to start driving to Greensboro to get...

I went inside with my wife today., Hoping to get good dinner, it was a lie. I asked 4x for guacamole, and oil on my sub. The woman in store acted like she could not hear me, she then randomly said that corporate said there location does not serve guacamole, and a lot of "fresh items". she got a attitude and asked my wife if she even wanted to eat there! After that I could hear two employees a African American and a smaller employee talk about a customer that pulled up to the window. Both females got a attitude and said "do you want to lie and say the power went out so we can close." The other individual said "i wish no humans even ate subway, there is no point in it, the food is all fake meat, and we never have a lot of the ingredients, on top of that we fake it all when corporate comes in, and all the food has been been in the freezer for day". After I heard that I just paid for my food and my wife's. We walked outside after the drive through person finally got their order We went to food lion next door and threw the food away. I expect this from McDonald's not from Subway. I will never eat subway again If you want a getto, fake, lying, probably full of drug heads, and giving out free food to give the employees drugs, and two faced people then you need to go here. If you want real food then go ANYWHERE ELSE HELL EVEN MCDONALD'S. This location has ruined...

The service is awful. Do not use the drive thru. One time we were there sitting at the window for 10 minutes watching them talking and laughing. They saw us pull up and they looked right at us but just ignored us. Eventually they finally came and took our order. And then there is today, we sat at the window for almost 30 minutes. People that arrived AFTER us walked in and left with their food and still nobody came to take our order. People would come and go but still nobody would take our order. Yes they saw us. They walked right up to the window and looked us in the eyes. We just gave up and left. We went someplace else.

When you order inside instead of the drive thru, you get your food faster, but the service is still garbage. There ladies there have a bad attitude. I asked for peppers on my sub and the lady put barely anything on it. I asked "Can you please put a few more?" and she seemed to get mad when I asked her that. She rolled her eyes and just grabbed a HUGE, absurd amount of peppers and put them on the sub. I asked her to take some of and she got mad and just grabbed them and tossed them into the trash with such an attitude. And with a grouchy and snarky tone she asked "There, is that good enough??"

The only reason I ever went to this Subway is because the other ones closed down. But I will not be going...
