This place is a SCAM! First of all the online pricing is NOT what they charge you when you go to pick up your order. My husband and I got a large New York Stromboli, broccoli chicken Alfredo, and the sampler platter and its was $50. The total should have been $38 with the online pricing. We get there and the person checking us out says the online pricing is wrong ( SO UPDATE IT!!?). The Alfredo sauce is clearly watered down and disgusting and the noodles were so overcooked every time I tried to take a bite they just broke, the “large” Stromboli is filled with a sad amount of deli meat and a single layer of cheese, and if you’re even thinking about the sample I hope 2 store bought chicken strips, 4 tiny onion rings, and 3 jalapeño poppers is what you’re looking for. You can clearly tell this place is doing everything they can to stretch the ingredients of their menu items (like watering down their Alfredo sauce!!!) to make more of a profit off people. This is nowhere near what I would call Italian food. We will never be eating here again and I would give negative stars if I could. As you can see most of their 5 star reviews are from YEARS ago. Worst customer service ever. We always order delivery at work and every time we place our order they have attitude because its a big order and takes longer than 10 seconds, then they leave off half the order every single time. Last time was the final straw, they left off dipping sauces and all drinks THAT THEY CHARGED EVERYONE EXTRA FOR and when we called them right after driver left they told us we didn't order drinks and they were not coming back out even though we had a receipt. And of course when they finally delivered the food an hour after placing the order, our lunches were almost over so we had to clock back in and couldn't ride out to get the items left off....not that we would anyway because its horrible service to make a mistake and then not accomodate your customer. They are wayyyy overpriced and food is ok but not worth it. Just trust me....eat somewhere else and get treated at...

Was a loyal customer - until one too many issues. Had delivery and it was almost twice as long as I was told it would take. Didn’t get full order. Called and was told driver would be there any minute - didn’t offer to find out where driver was. Driver arrives and missing part of order. Part of order was cold. Called and explained and spoke to manager. He argued that since I got a salad it’s suppose to be cold - however it’s a taco salad. The taco bowl was soggy and stale. The stuffed jalapeños were cold. He said he would replace them and the missing item next time I ordered and hung up. I called back because I don’t plan to order again for a while. Still says they are open and I called within 5 mins of being hung up on. Won’t answer my call at all. Pretty ridiculous. Wonderful way to lose a...
