Pizza Guys — Restaurant in Reno

Absolutely terrible service!!! The first time we went there the cashier/guy taking our order took ten minutes to try to figure out how to put garlic in a calzone and then 30 minutes after our quoted 15 minute wait time our food was not only missing the garlic, but also another topping. But the food was good and it was a Friday night, so we assumed that they were just busy and mistakes happen. Tonight however, which is a Thursday, there is no excuse for. I ordered online (to prevent any issues with being unclear of what we wanted) and our food was once again missing multiple toppings. When I called to let them know, the manager Adam, argued with me about what I ordered. I explained to him that I was looking at my copy of what I ordered and was told "well, that's not what I'm seeing". I did not once receive an apology or offered a refund and was told by manager Adam that if I come in to pick up another order he will "hook me up". I am not by any means unreasonable, but if you are not even going to apologize for the mistakes made and then argue with me I am finished. I will never spend money at this business and I recommend that no one else...

The pizza I ordered was great, I have a large team who all like something different and they were all happy! But I'm really writing this review because of the customer service Mark has provided, he deserves all the stars and deserves to be recognized. When I couldn't get my order placed on the website, I called in and placed my order with Mark who was actually able to save me almost $20 on my order. Then...when I realized almost two weeks later that I lost the receipt for my expense report, I called to see if I could get a copy of the receipt. He didn't even hesitate, he had it pulled up in less than a minute and had it to my inbox in less than 5. For someone who works for a Company that's huge on providing excellent customer service, I really appreciate it when others provide it as well....

Service and delivery were great. However, the pizza was less so. Requested well done but the crust was soft. Not a lot of taste or bite to it, just flour, water and yeast. Sauce was OK but not very flavorful. Pepperoni was bland as was the few bits of sausage. I assume that the sausage used on pizza would have the flavor of italian sausage but their sausage does not. Requested and paid for garlic too and did not detect any. I'm sure they have their fans but I expected more than I received or paid for.
