I have been coming here for 45 years, since it was Jets and I was a teenager, multiple times a summer for what was always the best hot fudge malt you could find. Imagine my disappointment on our visit yesterday when a) “we can’t make hot fudge but chocolate, which tastes just the same.” Um, no, there is a big difference and it wasn’t the same b) they used PLASTIC cups to make our malts 🤬. Both of our cups were cracked on the bottom, I assume from the blender, and we had ice cream all over our shirts, shorts and vehicle.🤬 Go back to paper cups!!! I’ve never had a malt or shake ever made anywhere in a plastic cup!! There is a reason for that! I’d also suggest the waste receptacle get a good power washing and the trash and wrappers picked up at the establishment. First impressions are lasting and it’s a mess in its...

This place was just so bad today that they didn't greet me when I got there instead they would not serve unless I had a mask on and it's a walk up window and there's more than 6 ft. Between us and outside she was pushing this hard no seeing my mask was in my hand so I put it on placed my order and moved to the next window where I can see my order being made and to my shock they were cutting the fruit for my order with no gloves instead of pushing the mask issue so hard they should fallow food safety mandates by the state and federal government....BUYER BEWARE!!!!! And I have reported this to the heath deparment ...Food Safety comes...

My local soft serve place. Convenient, fast (usually) & friendly. Recent exception was when I ordered regular item on menu, took them almost 10 minutes of fussing/calling for assistance before they figured the despenser out, then I was short-changed.
