I’m never one to complain as I’ve worked in the service industry my whole but this was the worst Culver’s I’ve ever been too. I went inside to order as the drive through was 10 people deep. Stood there about 3 minutes before someone even acknowledged if I was ready to order. It was busy I could tell by the tickets and orders rolling in I don’t mind waiting. I placed my order (I should’ve known when she said “say that again” and looked at the screen in front of me) I said crispy chicken sandwich with a side of honey mustard. I waited 15 minutes for my sandwich and as I waited I watched how this process was run. It was just about 4 (I presume ) high schoolers standing around not doing anything and I know you’re assigned roles and tasks that you specifically do but these few weren’t doing a damn thing. An older woman was setting up dining trays while food sat in the window she did this for literally 10 minutes. Another poor woman was the only one bagging food and running it both inside and outside. Someone broke down the custard machine while us 4 people stood there waiting awkwardly for our food to be bagged and just let it sit in the window. And then all of a sudden “it’s 9 o’clock time to punch out!!” All these kids punch out and leave, leaving all this work that needed to be done. I know there’s regulations to laws and minors but the fact they just stood there waiting to punch out not helping anyone irritated me. And then by the time my food came out, she proceeds to tell me they’re out of honey mustard so I subbed Mayo. Whatever I’ll take what I can get. Get all the way home my sandwich was a SPICY chicken sandwich. This place needs some work. Sandwich was still good even though it wasn’t...
Read moreI went through the drive thru, it's very frustrating that you don't know their busy because they have 2 lines that are on the other side of the building that you can't see when you're coming in the first driveway so you don't know their busy until you get up to the window. Unfortunately I wasn't paying attention, to how many cars there were because I keep forgetting that they pull them forward. I paid and the guy told me to go to other side it was busy. If I had known their was a long line in drive thru I wouldn't have bothered. It was my fault for not looking before I paid but it really annoying that Culver's does that because you have to wait a really long time for your food because there's so many people. I like their food for the most part, but it's very frustrating that you have to wait a really long time for your food. I'll have to keep reminding don't go to Culver's they have really long lines and take a long time to give you your food. I also miss when they were friendly because they weren't so stressed because of all the responsibility the 2 lanes give, it's...
Read moreI love Culver’s but nit tonight. Went through drive thru asked for 3 items. 1 scoop of vanilla and 1 scoop of chocolate in same dish. I was asked Hiw nay scoops, 1, 2 or 3. 2 scoops, 1 dish. Large chocolate concrete mixer and small strawberry shake. We got the dish of chocolate and vanilla, the strawberry shake and my caramel cookie dough concrete mixer. I thought I said chocolate. Well at this point in time we had already been waiting for 20 minutes, so I sucked it up and to the wrong mixer.
But the kicker here is… there was a Culver’s employee (younger man with a beard) sitting at a picnic table talking to his mom on the phone. He was using the speaker option so everyone in line waiting for their order could hear his conversation. He was letting all of us know that his family hates him and thinks he’s a tool. He also sees a therapist and was speaking about the meds he was on.
Well we had very bad service but the entertainment was great.
Culver’s you may want to rethink where your employees take their breaks...
