I hate to be this person & I’d like to believe I’ve been rather complacent with the issues I’ve become accustomed to in my time coming to Rhinelander Dunkin however; I am in Rhinelander 3 times a week & I always try to stop at Dunkin as I come into town at 5:30am which the store states is open at 5am. At least once a week for the past 5months, this Dunkin has been closed without anyone there to assist customers, no signs or lights on & yet again today much to my dismay at 7am when I returned to go through the drive the sign was still off as well as the lights. I saw people waiting so I assumed it was open, I still joined the drive, after about 15mins a significant line formed with no answer from the drive speaker so I decided to leave. This has been very frustrating as a loyal Dunkin customer it happens too frequently not to get upset over. I thoroughly enjoy my mornings when I get to go to Rhinelander or Wausau because they’re the only times a week I get to have Dunkin as my town doesn’t have one, so when I come to Rhinelander & it feels like Russian roulette trying to guess which day I won’t be able to enjoy it, it can turn my whole day sour. I realize that I may just sound like another petty customer & in no way am I claiming this falls to a singular associate, however I’d just like to see that the company either hires more associates or does whatever they can to fix these ongoing issues as I feel they are losing a great deal of customer...
Read moreMy son & I arrived early morning for 2 coffees & 2 of the tiny breakfast wraps on our way out of town from our place in Three Lakes. I’m writing this review hoping my comments will change the attitude of one of the employees working at this particular location. Our order was taken by a sweet girl at the drive through window & we were told to proceed to a parking area to wait for our order. Soon a slovenly girl appeared with our items - with a sour look on her face. I requested another lid for my coffee due to ill fitting top. She acted as if she was doing ME a favor & yet WE were the customers. My son followed into restaurant & was rudely treated by this woman. If you are in the service industry, which she is - & do NOT like working with the public - find something else to do. You will be a happier individual & those who no longer need to face you - will be happier, as well. PS - I’d like to add, I like Dunkin coffee & an occasional doughnut. This particular location is not indicative of others I’ve enjoyed...

My husband stopped at Dunkin’ before work, planning to grab something quick to eat. He had plenty of time, but they took so long that he had to leave without his food to make it to work on time. When he voiced his concern, he was rudely told, “this isn’t fast food.”
He went back about 25 minutes later, already in uniform and on the job—the only chance he had to return—to either pick up the food or get a refund. Instead of understanding, the staff was rude again and told him he shouldn’t have come in while working. That was the only time he could come back, since he often works later than they’re open.
He stayed calm, and didn’t swear or yell, yet received no apology—just had the money shoved back at him without a word. The whole experience was unprofessional, dismissive, and left both of us incredibly frustrated. Definitely not the kind of service we expect from a place we...
