Iâve came here two times for breakfast the first occasion I asked for extra breakfast sauce on a number 10 order and I did not get it. Today I came through the drive thru I used my McDonaldâs code to get 20 percent off I asked again on a number 10 order extra breakfast sauce and when I got home there wasnât extra breakfast sauce didnât even look like any was on it. Very disappointing. Makes me not want to order breakfast fast here again. You ask for something expect it and it never comes out how you want it. And I mean thatâs every place every place has their own flaws I used to work for Mc Donaldâs out in Indiana so I know what itâs like. But doesnât give anyone right to keep messing up over and over again. Especially when it wasnât even busy, I can see if it was busy but I order around 6am and I was the first car and then there wasnât another behind me so there should be no reason or any excuse why I didnât get extra breakfast sauce. I would call and they would probably give me a free remake of my order but the reason I went and got food and brought it home was so I donât have to leave again for awhile so it is what it is. đ¤ˇđťââď¸ just very disappointing.
Not to mention I order a sprite berry blast yesterday and remind you there is no warning I did not watch any reviews on this drink I knew they were coming out with the cosmic sprites but didnât research it so I donât know what to expect again no WARNING. I order the drink and I was asked to pull forward yesterday and I stuck my straw through the sprite very blast and it started exploding all over me. When the girl came to my window to hand me my food I explained that my spite exploded and she very well knew this happens and apologized and came back with napkins I told the girl to tell her manager to put a warning about the sprite because I wouldnât have known it did that.    Read moreThey open at 5am, close at 11pm. Breakfast ends everyday at 11am. EVERYDAY RHINELANDER. Inside dining is closed. Lobby however, is open for ORDERS ONLY. They are half staffed, and most likely down 5 from that due to COVID-19. Every worker there is overworked, exhausted and most likely someone they know just died. So please, be courteous to your local McDonalds worker, they do care about your service, mostly because they don't wanna hear you complain later. They know when your orders wrong, there's hundreds of them. Yes, they hear you at the speaker, but they're probably helping someone else. Yes the machines break constantly. Yes, there's constantly technical issues. The managers work their butts off! If your is messed up they're sorry, there's 1000 ways to mess up an order, whether it be the machines, cooks, human input error, cars swapping, or just plain handing it out wrong, things happen. Feel free to tell the staff and I'm sure they will fix it for you. Yes 1 extra sauce packet is free, after that it's .30¢. Did I miss anything?

The sandwich was not what I ordered, neither was it the second time, or the third when they replaced them with biscuits instead of english muffins. The hash brown was cold and saturated with grease. The smoothie was flat...no strawberry or banana flavor to it. As I was waiting along with several others, for them to fix all our orders, several others came in with the same complaints. Since I'm a frequent customer there, I know everyone that is usually working there. Not this morning! Every face was new except one. New management for sure and absolute chaos within! As I read thru all these bad reviews, I see that every reviewer gets the same response. You need not bother responding to mine.
