It was a rough day for some reason...assumed manager was in the office in plain view on her phone and computer. It took a good 20 minutes to get my order. The two line cooks that I could see along with the cashier were excellent.
As far as food choice, I had 2 Chili cheese burritos (not on your survey or app). A hard taco and soft taco supreme and a small mt dew. Cost was over $13. That is CRAZY for fast food. I remember when Chilitos were $.79 and tacos were $.49 and $2.30+ for a small fountain drink...seriously? Do you know your food cost? It is less than $.10 for a fountain drink, maybe $.15 with the cup, lid, straw, and ice. What the hell with the price JUMPS😳.

Read moreDo better! placed a order online that online box and went to pick it up and all the food wasn’t in a box for 1, 2 all the food was thrown in a bag was very sloppy food was pretty much squished in the bag asked for it to be grilled, wasn’t…. The food was made very sloppy just really gross. Who ever the director is for that store location needs to do better with hiring people that want to work and not just hire people to fill in the position and train people better I work customer service and this here is very sad unprofessional food service! Placed two orders as well to be told we had to drive around the drive through again to just pick up the second order?! Really you guys, if you don’t like working there or doing “your” job then leave and let someone that wants to work, WORK! Really bad behavior, poor customer service, and clearly no good leadership. Read moreIf I could give this staff a 0 Star I absolutely would, probably worst experience I’ve ever had at the rhinelander Taco Bell. But start with the fact that when I went to go pay for my meal, the woman at the drive-through window, who I believe was Megan o or at least that’s what my receipt says. Threw my leftover $.96 at me. She then SHOVED my soda at me causing me to almost drop by drink. And I was very Rudely given my food in a crumpled bag … and told “bye”
I then get back to my job, and open up my bag only to find none of the tacos properly wrapped up, my quesadilla was in a ripped bag ( so unsanitary) also the cheese wasn’t even completely melted in my quesadilla . I also paid for 3 sour cream sides and only received 2, one of which was open in the bag.
Common Taco Bell, up to $18 an hour and I can’t even be treated decently or have nicely wrapped...
