So, I’m a little late to getting around to writing this (my apologies), but I came down to Rhinelander with my two children for an appointment. We went through this Starbuck’s drive-through, and being that we do not have a Starbucks franchise near where we reside, it was taking us longer than usual to review the menu options, we had a couple of questions, and overall, there was a lot of indecisiveness amongst the kids and I. Well, the Starbucks employee that was working and speaking to us over the intercom, was not only SO HELPFUL, SO patient, SO friendly, but this guy went the LENGTHS to ensure that it was a stress-free and bright experience for us all. Read moreWent through the drive thru and didn’t see where to order. 2cars in front of me. Couldn’t get out of line waited 15 min and finally got to window. Said I had to go through the line again couldn’t take my order. Went through again 3 cars waiting to order. After about 15 min 2 cars were able to leave line. The car ahead of me after about 10 min was told the drive through was closing. I got up there and she told me there were only 2 baristas and they can’t keep up. I had to ask her 2times if the line was closed. She finally said yes. I told her she should have taken me when I went through the first time. I have been through Starbucks drive thru ‘s in the DC area that were faster. Rhinelander is a small town. The should do better. Very disappointed. If I could do 0 stars...
Read moreWe go to this Starbucks pretty regularly, but we have had multiple mess ups.. the line moves quickly, very nice baristas, just sometimes the orders just aren’t right.. I also did not care for the food, this is the first time I bought food and it was eh, wouldn’t order it again if I had a choice. The one sandwich was cold and the other one had half of its top bun hard (warmed up too much). Our times of messed up coffee (they weren’t mine so I didn’t try them right away) I had to contact support and they fixed the issue. Very easy to get your orders fixed (even when in line).
The photo I have attached was suppose to be a brown sugar shaken espresso with 3 extra pumps of syrup, but they put 3 extra shots of espresso… yikes...
