Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Rialto

This Domino's recently opened on the corner of Rialto avenue and Riverside avenue in the city of Rialto. (I was born and raised on Pizza Hut. It was always my go-to. I must say that it tasted better in the '90s). My husband picked up two large pizzas and I must say they were delicious. Hit the, spot no skimping. I had asked for light sauce (due to heartburn) it was just perfect. We ordered one large two topping which was sausage and jalapenos hand tossed. The other was Hawaiian pizza thin crust. Great tasting pizza! The gentleman on the phone was very nice and professional. I wished I would have got his name. I had called to make a order but went through the app to get the deal. Spoke to the manager Angelica or Angela and she was so rude ! The driver that delivered my order apologized for the missing items and said call the store and inform them that it’s missing and I’ll personally bring it back. So that’s what I did. When I called the manager was very rude stating I didn’t pay for it and she didn’t know what to tell me. I was pretty much out of luck. She then printed the receipt and saw that I did pay for it and said wanna come get it. I’m a manager myself and would never treat a customer that way especially if I knew I was in the wrong. If it was an option to give this restaurant zero stars, I would the management is an absolute joke. The staff they have working for them are incompetent morons placed in order for wings over an hour ago was told 30 minutes then was told five minutes after five minutes after five minutes, this restaurant is brand new and it just opened up and it’s already off to a bad start, do not waste your time or money here, an absolute joke, I will not be returning, an hour and 15 minutes for wings, what made it worse the employees don’t seem to care.
