Extra Space Storage — Local services in Rialto

Good day folks! Looking for great customer service? Amazing prices? And clean facility with convenient hours? ....check out Extra Space Storage in Rialto off of Riverside Ave! I've used storage units since 2019 while moving around a lot, and in-between homes, and give me a chance and trust me when I say this location of Extra Space Storage has been by far the cleanest and most convenient location I've ever been to. I love the functionality of having an app to gain access to building, elevator, and unit. We're all mainly on our phone these days so having this feature has been amazing. One thing to keep in mind too is this location has a climate controlled building , and various other options on the ground level. I needed a climate controlled building for mine. Depending on how much or what kind of items you are storing, climate control makes all the difference and the main building has always been maintained and cleaned.

Now let's talk customer service. Shannon and Steven were there from start to end. Outstanding gentlemen managing this location. Shannon is an incredible manager and I've known him since his previous location up locust in Rialto. He's very knowledgeable and accommodating and has always had a great attitude towards his work and attending to customers. I can confidently say that if you want to stay away from the headaches of poor management, come here, Shannon ensures your business here is well-earned. It was for me! And as for Steven, he set me up with this location, running into him at a location in Fontana off of Valley Blvd. I was coming from Corona and had to move all my things. He answered the phone and give me a walk-through at valley but they didn't offer climate controlled so he recommended this location which is one of extra space storages newer locations. So dang glad he did too!! He aided in making my time here as smooth as possible and help me locate the best deals throughout my stay. Very knowledgeable and having a can-do mindset really stood out for me with Steven. I also didn't expect to run into Shannon at this location so it's been a pleasure being here thanks to Shannon and Steven. Give these two a raise! They're more than earned it, oorah!

In short, clean and convenience facility! Incredible staff that seeks out the best for you while you occupy a unit here! And very affordable prices! There's options for everybody and all it takes is that first initial call so what are...

I have had my storage at this facility for my business for about a year and a half now. Ricardo and Rick have helped me out on many occasions making sure my load was delivered correctly and calling and letting me know that it had arrived, witch I know isn't part of their job and I so appreciate that they go that extra mile, the positive attitudes and smiling faces are what makes it a very positive experience and any issues I have had have been addressed and handled immediately not anything they have done but issues with other renters, and giving me 24hour access since I start my day so early it's been nice to be able to get into my unite at 3:am when I've forgotten thing I needed for the day. The facility is very well kept a they are a great team, Extra Space is very lucky to have them, they are highly knowledgeable of their field and just a pleaser to know. They have made my storage experience the best it could be.

Tiffany was super cool, helpful, and very much understanding to my needs and wants. She was quick to resolve a misunderstanding that came about with the price I got online and the price showing on her system. She VAS very friendly and great customer service skills. She made me feel very comfortable to be conducting my business with her and she sure did do her part by accommodating to my needs.
