Fuji Sushi — Restaurant in Rialto

Worst Sushi place ever. I have been to many of them and this place is the worst. I ordered all you can eat Sushi. Green mussels have no mussels in them. They fill them with shredded imitation crab. When i asked where is the mussels the waitress, insulting my intelligence, said they were cut up and mixed with the crab. Why is crab in mussels shell in first place. My four year old daughter took a piece of my Sushi and started to eat it. The waitress told me that I couldn't share all you can eat. I was ok with that and told my daughter not to eat my Sushi. Also, I ordered scallop sushi, the thing was full of imitation crab and a 2 or 3 tiny pieces of scallops on top. I was charged $1.95 extra because I shared a piece of Sushi with my daughter. I told the owner how I am gonna explain to a toddler that I can't share!!! And she had only a piece of Shushi. I am not coming back to this place, because they cheat in making sushi and their bad customer service. Other Sushi selection was ok, but I have seen and tasted way...

It's okay for a fusion Sushi. There are better places around.

I had the Chef's special Sushi with some Spicy Tuna, Shrimp Tempura, and cream cheese. On paper, this sounds like it would hit all the popular rolls and might be a worthwhile adventure. They may have gone too far with the grilled onions on top though. The problem is that all the ingredients meld together into one sloppy bite. I would have been nice if the Tuna was fresher and spicier or if the Tempura was crispier.

The place could also do with some online ordering options. Most places allow you to order through Google, but they don't even have a website. You have to hunt through online pictures of menus and try to find something.

As a positive, the person answering the phone is super-nice and friendly, and the order is ready...

I came with 6 people, but it was so hot for my disabled father to eat inside because they sat us in the back with no fan. And so he had to go wait in the car and we brought his food to the car. Inattentive service. I didn’t get all of the items I ordered on both rounds of my AYCE. Took too much time to receive each roll. And I had to hand the sushi chefs the order for my 2nd round of AYCE because nobody came to pick it up. And I had to go up front to get my check because nobody came to drop it off. And to top it all off, they charged me 27 dollars for a gratuity because it’s 6 people automatic gratuity. But my dad left right after they served us drinks because it was unbearable for him to eat there because of the heat. My experience and dinner was not...
